A secluded location offers plenty of privacy to enjoy an apres-ski soak in your private hot tub! The light and bright interior boasts modern finishes throughout a spacious floor plan as well as a cozy wood-burning stove in the well-appointed living room. Enjoy plenty of closet storage for ski gear, a scenic deck with a gas grill, and an oversized, two-car garage. You’ll love the privacy of the woods and the close proximity to the shops, restaurants, and most of all, world-class skiing that this home offers.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Quiet location, good for 2 couples

The location, quiet neighborhood, layout, cleanliness, decor, and size of the house were perfect for two couples on a 4 day XC ski vacation! We cooked our meals in the large kitchen and enjoyed the view out the big window, seeing occasional wildlife. We really appreciated being able to use the garage too! Two things that should be addressed are the hot tub jets only lasted about 5-15” before the breaker threw, and we could not get the breaker to reset, and the clothes dryer is extremely loud, so we did not use it all.

Good vibes

This house has great vibes and is exactly as advertised. We loved our stay and even saw a moose in the backyard! The hot tub was super clean when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

This home has everything you’d ever need. Hot tub, big deck, huge kitchen, etc. We loved the quiet location. You could see the stars perfectly at night, in absolute silence. The location is close to the grocery store, and walkable to the bus stop. A few people in our group utilized the local bus which picks up not far from the home. Everything was clean and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Everything was perfect. The hot tub was an added bonus, and was very clean. The location is quiet and serene. Everything was smooth at check-in and we felt well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property!

We absolutely loved this home! The bright natural light, high ceilings, and open layout were perfect for our stay. Both the home and hot tub were very clean. We enjoyed walking the quiet roads and trails nearby. The home is situated in a secluded location, but very close to all the amenities. The kitchen is huge and great for entertaining! The back deck was incredible for basking in the sun. Tremendous value renting this home! We will definitely stay here again!

Incredible home! Perfect stay!

We loved this property so much that we stayed here twice in one winter! We had an incredible experience both times. The home is beautifully designed, very clean, lots of natural light, gorgeous views, a large deck with a private hot tub. We used the outdoor grill and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The kitchen was very large with plenty of storage and countertop space. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. Toys and boardgames were a plus, and the 2 large bunk beds were perfect for the kids. Plenty of towels and bathroom necessities were provided. Large garage to park our car, plenty of storage for our gear; the home had everything we needed. Very quiet and secluded, but a quick drive to all ammenities, including Winter Park and Mary Jane resorts. Everything about this home and our stay was perfect!

Fabulous stay! Beautiful mountain home with all the ammenities!

We had an incredible stay at this quiet, secluded and beautifully furnished mountian home. The home was exactly as described, very clean, very easy check-in and perfect all the way around. The hot tub was brand new, and an incredible perk, along with the wood burning woodstove. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook at home. The home is nestled amoung mature trees, very private with beautiful serene views, yet it was a quick 2 minute easy drive to a large supermarket, restaurants and other ammenities. The 2 main bedrooms had very comfortable king beds. The third bedroom had 2 very sturdy bundbeds that were also very comfortable and suitable for adults or kids. Tons of space and storage with huge closets and a large entry to store all of our ski gear. Bathrooms were beautiful, as well. Quiet roads near the house for lovely walks, and yet a quick drive to Winter Park Resort. This stay was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. We didn't want to leave! I would rent this home again and again.

Lack of attention to detail/cleanliness

At a first glance, the property looked clean. However, the dishes in the cabinet were dirty, the bathroom faucet and shower shelves were dirty, and the round living room table was sticky. The middle of the couch was broken, making it difficult to sit and relax together. On top of this, the linens were very rough, and the paper towels and toilet paper were a poor quality. As well, the TV remote was not working due to corroded batteries. Before arriving, we called and asked if there were certain items such as condiments, salt and pepper, etc. and we were given the wrong information.

Nice modern feel but basic amenities

You could tell this home is a fixer-upper! It had a nice modern feel but everything updated had Home Depot/Costco written all over it! The furniture in the main living area was way too small for 8 people to sit comfortably and the hot tub didn’t work, had dirty water and desperately wreaked! It was very unfortunate since that was our main reason for renting the place in the beginning!

Lovely getaway

This home was wonderful for our stay. The contemporary design and south facing windows are incredible. The hot tub was amazing after a long day outside. The location feels secluded even though it’s close to the grocery store, bus stop and town. We enjoyed relaxing in front of the fireplace. We will definitely return and stay here again!

Great Cabin!

This was a great cabin for our lazy vacation! The south-facing windows in the main area kept the cabin nice and warm and bright. The hot tub needed some attention but the owner had great communication and we fixed it quickly and easily. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We'd definitely stay there again!
