Spacious traditional house, new on one level with sunny terrace, all comforts, located in a green setting without vis-à-vis, in the heart of the charming village of Saint Hippolyte de Montaigu. Enjoy a warm, modern interior and a peaceful setting for a pleasant stay.

You have completely private access to the house via an individual gate.
During your stay I am at your disposal for any information and to help you if needed.

Bright and crossing single-storey house, with an open and friendly living space. Fully equipped living room and open-plan kitchen open onto a large bay window opening onto the terrace. Two cosy bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) and a walk-in bathroom with storage. Ideal for holidays with family or friends in a peaceful and comfortable setting.

The house is non-smoking but it will be possible to smoke outside. Ashtrays will be at your disposal to keep the place clean.

Note about pets:
Our garden is shared, so it is not privately fenced. Animals must be kept under supervision at all times.
The needs must be done outside the garden — a nice and quiet walk around the village is ideal for this. In case of an accident, we thank you for picking up in order to keep the place clean for all. Remember to provide your pet's sleep
