DC vacation

This condo was a wonderful place to stay while in the DC area. Close to Metro for our day trips to DC. Enjoyed touring Old Town Alexandria. Condo was homey and host had so many amenities for us to enjoy. More than any place we have stayed. Quiet and cozy. We loved it.

A very lovely stay and within walking distance to the Metro

This home has everything you need and more! Very nicely decorated and very clean. Parking was easy and it was nice always to have a spot, we did not realize that parking could be such an issue on our trip. We were pleased we went with this location to visit Washington DC. and surrounding areas.

Amazing Find and appropriately named!

We've experienced a lot of rentals... some nice, some not. This is definitely the nicest place we have stayed. It's very conveniently located and made commuting to various locations a breeze. The place has everything you need for a more than comfortable stay. The host is very responsive, respectful, and goes out of her way to add that personal touch. We honestly could not have asked for a better overall experience. Cheers, KA, you're doing it right!!

Perfect host

I did have a great time in VA thanks to my host. The condo was cozy and neat. I had everything I needed for my memorable trip. My host was very understanding and accommodating and was willing to work with me to have access to the apartment at midnight. The place is within walking distance to the metro which made commuting easier. Check-in and out were simple. Thank you very much for having me and I will surely come again if I happen to be in the area.

Excellent Experience

This is a great place to stay! It has everything you need there and has a very home-like feel. It is very close to King-Street Old-Town as well as a short metro ride into Washington D.C. The owner is very friendly and is responsive to messages. I will say the ceilings are a little thin and you can hear people walking above you, but if you are a heavy sleeper no issues at all!

Wonderful 2 month stay

I stayed at Cozy Cottage for 2 months while on a work assignment and I could not be happier! The unit is exactly as described in the listing, and was extremely clean and comfortable, and in a safe secure building. It is 2 blocks from the Metro making it extremely convenient. The host was wonderful, giving me complete privacy while being 100% responsive almost immediately when I reached out to her. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer when my contract was extended. I give this property 5+ stars and highly recommend it.
