The open-plan living area is stylishly furnished adding to your experience of easy holiday living. Here dining, relaxing and socialising outdoors, all flow effortlessly together. Perfect for the summer, glass doors open onto the deck. Invite guests to watch the sun go down over the ocean, enjoy an alfresco meal, or take part in a uniquely South African 'braai' (that's a barbecue!).
Guests can take up a sun lounger and while away their holiday, reading and sun-tanning alongside the pool. You will love Villa 31’s various indoor and outdoor spaces, well-equipped kitchen and separate lounges. During the summer months, breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed outside on 3 different levels

This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by TRUVI directly to verify yourself and finalise the process. In the unlikely event that TRUVI is unable to provide the necessary damages cover, you would be required to provide a large physical damages deposit prior to arrival. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Just download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register yourself with your credit card details, so you don’t need to always have cash on you to be able to catch a ride.
