CLEANING / SANITIZATION
Cleaning is done thoroughly after each check-out
✔There is no garbage disposal, so if you use the kitchen items, pls hand wash it
✔ Dish washing soap, liquid
✔ Dish drying mat, Drying rack are underneath the bathroom sink
✔ Small Trash-bins in bath and room
✔ Big Trash and recycle bin in the patio
✔ Paper towels, trash, bags and toilet tissue in the closet
✔ Some cleaning items and foaming hand soap underneath the bathroom sink

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
✔ Recently added Mini Split AC/ heater in march 2022. Floor fan is provided as well. The temperature is usually pleasant here. There is central heat if need be
✔ Iron, Iron board

✔ Monterey County Ordinance requires Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT)equal to 10.5% of rent for stays less than 30days which is included. The taxes included in the amount you paid when reserving the rental are forwarded to the Monterey County Tax Collector under Certificate Number displayed in the room
✔For stays more than 30 days, there is no TOT Tax that will be collected separately. Pls complete the TOT exemption form(form is attached in the rental agreement for reference and rental agreement) to be compliant.

✔ Dog-friendly (Sorry no cats) Pls check the box for "Yes, Traveling with Pets" in the search
✔ If you choose to bike or walk or run to carmel downtown or beach, the initial part is through a small section of HWY 1 as the House is on a cul-de-sac
✔ I live in the other side of the home with 2 small labradoodles who are very friendly, so you might see me as well -:).
✔You are renting out my entire Master bedroom en-suite. There’s ONE common wall with door connected to the main house but you have your own privacy and so do I. Pictures reflect everything offered.
