Maximum occupancy 10 people including all ages. (NOTE: this does not match the House Rules section but I do not know how to change that section)

Due to COVID we have changed our check in time to 5pm to accommodate the requirement of at least 30 hours in between guests, if no guests have been in the property during the prior day than check in can be 3pm.

Prior to your arrival, you will be reached out to by Dee to obtain check-in instructions, including rental agreement and guest list and other informative information.


We suggest getting rental damage insurance so as to have maximum protection against accidents.
