Perfect Home Base for Your Adventure-near Downtown and Uptown Dallas

A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the city via this clean, sunny home. The home is located in West Dallas. Whatever brings you to Dallas– wish to explore the city, just have a good time and enjoy nightlife, cultural events, sporting events, visiting university, business, or any other reason, the location of the home and the way it is suited makes.
The house is spread over two floors, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The main floor features an open-concept kitchen and living room, perfect for gatherings and entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware to prepare your favorite meals. There is also a dining room table that seats 8, as well as a cozy fireplace to enjoy on those chilly evenings.
First floor, 3 bedrooms with 2 full bath. The living room features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a long day. There are also plenty of windows throughout the house, providing an abundance of natural light and stunning views.
The master bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom. There is also a laundry room located on the upper floor, so you can easily take care of any laundry needs during your stay.
Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms, with a full bath, all with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings.
Outside, there is a patio with outdoor seating and a charcoal grill, hot tub, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. There is also a fenced-in backyard, providing a safe and secure space for kids to play.
Our home is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, close to all the local amenities you'll need during your stay. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping centers located within a short drive of the house. The city center is also just a short drive away, offering a wide range of attractions and activities for all ages.

House was as advertised. Really great property, pool and hot tub were fun, and very close to downtown so all attractions are ~10 mins away. My friends and l enjoyed our stay here.

Great stay

The house was just what we were looking for. Well stocked with extra pillows and soft comfy blankets. Plenty of paper towels and toilet paper and dish soap. The house was comfortable and well decorated. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Great find.

Amazing House for families!

Our stay at the property was great. The house was perfect for our needs. Beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, no propane though to use the grill outside. Lots of coffee options for the keurig. We were close to so many stores, restaurants, and activites. Definitely recommend this house for families looking for a good rental in the Dallas area.

Great Place for a Weekend in Dallas

We were in town for a family members graduation and this was a great place for everyone. Open floor plan, plenty of beds, well stocked. I definitely appreciated the toiletries in the bathrooms and kitchen and also the host providing a travel crib so it was one less thing i had to travel with. The host was very quick to respond to messages. If we ever need a place to stay in dallas again, i would book this one.

Very nice

Very nice house. Enjoyed the stay. Nice to also have accessible garage to put vehicle in due to possible storms. When we arrived after check in time cleaning man was just finishing up from previous occupant and was running a little behind. But he only had about 5 more minutes left and was very polite and pleasant. Will seek to stay here again for more events in Dallas as they come up. Would recommend.

Clean, comfortable and nice house for a group

Our group of friends enjoyed this house although we were a little surprised by the neighborhood. It is probably considered an "up and coming" neighborhood and is still transitioning and as 4 women, we didn't feel safe taking walks near the house. We appreciated the hottub although we didn't have time to try the pool. The house is a great size and has plenty of space for a group and was very clean and well organized. Mia was communicative and helpful if you decide to book here - there is a security light on the neighbor's house that is motion sensitive and because they have dogs (who bark loudly fairly often) it goes off and on throughout the night. Anyone planning to sleep near the front of the house should bring an eye mask.

Great House, Terrible Neighborhood - Oak Cliff

The house was as expected, but the neighbor is the Oak Cliff area of Dallas, look it up first. It is going through gentrification. The neighboring houses are all very run down and the direct neighbors dogs barked all night. It was less expensive, the house was new, clean, and very nice, but safety was a concern

The house was very clean. Comfortable. Lots of rooms for my whole family. Mia was very welcoming, very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Celebrate Recovery Summit Visit

The house was just like the pictures. We had. A great time. The house was clean and had everything we needed like towels, sheets, full kitchen with everything you need to cook. We would definitely stay there again if we need to. Mia was quick to answer any questions we had. Great experience!!! We would suggest a ceiling fan over the master bed 😊. (Chandelier is pretty but a fan would be better) Thanks again Mia. 💕

Great house to host extended groups

My brother family and mine gathered in Dallas for a football game and Thanksgiving. We looked at numerous properties in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area. We liked this newly property as we were looking for expansive accomodations as we were 10 people in our party going from young children, teenagers and adults. The layout of this property worked great for us with 2 master bedrooms down, 3 additional bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, numerous beds and ample space for everyone. The house is furnished nicely with nice, modern and clean furniture, all in great shape. The beds were confortable. Kitchen was fully equiped and host provided nice essencials thru the house like coffee, snacks, handsoap, shampoo, conditioner etc. The teenagers were quick to find a nicely furnished back yard with fire pit and grill. They used fire pit for smore's and to handout away from little siblings and parents, teenagers! House has a 2 car garage that we used at night. Area was very quiet. Neighborhood is transitioning with new residential properties poping up all around. Location was very convenient to us as we were 10 minutes from Downtown Dallas and 15 minutes from DFW airport, shopping malls and ATT stadium. Mia, the host, was very kind and responded quickly to a couple of inquiries we had. Overall everyone in our party was very pleased and we recommend this property to host families and friends.
