Beautiful new construction with modern kitchen that opens into large living space with two story windows with views of the mountains. Four bedrooms, three common areas, radiant floors throughout, and a heated driveway with parking for 3 cars. The house is located in the Hyak neighborhood adjacent to Summit East in Snoqualmie pass. Easy access to snow sports in the winter and biking trails in summer. 45 minutes outside of Seattle.

Phenomenal Place

This property is brand new and stunningly beautiful. Very close to slopes. Has everything you need. Sleeps a ton of people comfortably. Great for a family.

Beautiful property with an amazing location

This modern home is beautifully furnished and appointed. The location is spectacular, less than 5 minutes from the Snoqualmie Central ski lifts. John was an excellent communicator and attentive host. We enjoyed the family games and toys for kids and the beautiful views. We hope to come and stay again in the future.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family holiday weekend. Quick drive to the slopes, fun hills in the back yard for sledding, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great space in ski country

We had a great time in Snoqualmie Pass at John’s place. The house is as beautiful and modern as pictured. The location was near the ski areas and the heated driveway and plowing service were on point given the heavy snow that fell for much of our visit. John was a great host and went above and beyond to welcome us and show flexibility and respond to all our requests. Can’t go wrong with a visit here!

Wonderful Views

The house was very nice and comfortable. The views were amazing and the house was super clean. The host was very helpful. Everything from the kitchen ware to the towels had amazing quality.

Excellent property

This house was one of the best properties we’ve rented. It had everything we needed to cook and relax comfortably. It was incredibly clean and well-decorated, and the location was fantastic. Too many thoughtful touches and amenities to name. We plan to rent here again!

Wonderful mountain getaway

My family and I had a great time staying here. We had plenty of room to have our own space, the house was comfortable and well stocked. The yard on the side was perfect for sledding with a toddler and the walk to the ski hill is short. The heated driveway was a definite bonus. Will definitely be back again!

Awesome winter vacation!

This house was beautiful! Exactly like the pictures! My family had a great time! The location to snowboarding and tubing was great! They had fun playing in the snow around the house. House was clean and neat, comfortable beds, and the owner was so easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again!

Lovely new home close to Summit at Snoqualmie

Lovely property. Mountain Views. Plenty of space for two families to share. Kitchen nicely outfitted and stocked with some extras like red pepper flakes. Decorating and furniture was very nice. Master bed very comfortable!

Wedding weekend stay

We went to Hyak for a family member’s wedding. They have a cabin in that neighborhood and we were all trying to stay close by and this place was perfect. It is very spacious with gorgeous views, it was super clean, and this place had everything we needed. We did make a grocery store stop on the way up for food and wine. We slept well on all the comfy beds and loved the sheets and towels. I highly recommend this place.

Wedding at Snoqualmie Pass

Traveled from the East Coast for a wedding at Snoqualmie pass. The house was beautiful with all the space and amenities to make 6 adults very comfortable. Would recommend it to anyone interested in visiting the Snoqualmie area -- in the summer for hiking and the winter for skiing.

Beautiful stay!

We had a Snowboarding race at Hyak to attend and the location was amazing! My boyfriend was able to walk to the mountain and it was a short drive for me (2 mins) to the Hyak parking lot. The home itself is lovely and brand new. Wifi, hot water, new and clean materials. Exceeded all expectations! We look forward to staying again for our next Snoqualmie/Hyak experience.

Snowy Christmas Holiday

This was the perfect meeting place for 5 couples spread around the state to gather for a Christmas celebration. The house was spotless, well stocked, in a great location and architecturally beautiful. The availability of snowshoeing, cross country skiing or just a wintery hike are all within a short walk and downhill skiing or snow boarding was just a quick drive. There was something for everyone. Booking this trip was the best family Holiday celebration we've had in years.

Amazing gorgeous breathtaking

I cant express in words how wonderful John and Kathryn were. We had an amazing ski vacation. This home was spectacular. The ski lift was 2 minutes away. If you have your skis with you, you can even walk there. I felt like I was at a ski in ski out resort.

Home away from home

What a perfect stay! Beautiful new modern home. More than enough room for family of 4. Conveniently located 5 minutes from The Summit at Snoqualmie - ski until mid afternoon, come back to rest then head back out for night skiing! Host had lots of detailed information before and during stay, they let us stay longer than check out as roads were snowed in. We're definitely coming back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
