Welcome to our 550 m² villa, spread over three levels on a 930 m² plot.

Accommodating up to 10 guests, this villa is perfect for family or friends’ holidays, blending comfort and tranquility.

The villa is arranged into three separate units, offering each occupant peace and privacy:

Independent unit: a small, functional bedroom slightly separate from the main house, with a private bathroom.

Main unit: on the ground floor, a detached bedroom plus kitchen, dining room, and living room. Upstairs (accessed by an external staircase) is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Lower unit: two adjacent but non-connecting bedrooms, ideal for a family or group of friends.

This layout ensures everyone enjoys a peaceful stay with a true sense of privacy.

Independent Bedroom #1 – Functional space (approx. 13 m²)
A modest-sized room accommodating travelers, featuring a double bed (155 cm) and a small en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). A practical and quiet extra space.

Independent Bedroom #2: Equipped with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, outdoor bathtub, and toilet. A makeup corner perfect for getting ready peacefully.

Fully equipped modern kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all utensils and accessories for simple cooking.

Dining & living room: large-screen TV and panoramic views of the sea and Koh Phangan.

Note: Families should supervise young children. The pool is equipped with a buoy and two life jackets per local regulations but has no additional safety devices.
