Family cottage between sea and forest, close to nature

Gîte/maisonette T3 in Saint Jean de Monts for 3, 4 or 5 people (with children) on the first floor between the sea (900m) and the forest (200m) for magnificent walks, bike rides or even horseback riding. The accommodation includes a large pergola and an adjoining shed to store bicycles as well as a private terrace (with furniture and barbecue) on a large shared garden of 2000m2 and a secure parking space inside the property. Nearby in season, many shops (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, bike rental, ...) and many attractions (water park, funfair, ...).
The accommodations are composed of a living room (with TV and wifi), equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 3 children's beds with dresser and wardrobe, shower room, separate toilet.
The accommodations are intended for a family with 2 or 3 children, so 5 people maximum.
Non-smoking indoor accommodation. Holiday vouchers, pets and electric vehicles (no socket on site) are not accepted.
