Escape to Woodland Paradise, a serene getaway nestled on 13 acres of wooded beauty in Union Pier. This stunning property features a main house, guest house, heated pool, kids’ playground, and scenic river access, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

Step inside the main house, where vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan create an airy, welcoming space. The living room boasts a cozy fireplace and a comfortable seating area with a TV. The dining room seats eight, with a breakfast nook overlooking the backyard and pool, plus additional seating at the island. The chef’s kitchen is designed for gathering, allowing multiple guests to cook and prepare meals together. The primary suite on the main floor features a king-size bed, a luxurious ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and plenty of space to unwind. A half bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen.

Upstairs, two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One bedroom features a bunk bed with a full bottom and twin top, while the second offers a queen bed. The finished basement provides additional entertainment, including a pool table, dartboard, basketball game, toys, a cozy seating area, and a laundry room with a full washer and dryer.

The guest house offers an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with brand-new cabinets and countertops. It features two bedrooms and a full bath with a walk-in shower—one bedroom with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds.

Between the main and guest house, the beautiful heated pool is surrounded by plenty of lounge seating and an outdoor dining area, perfect for al fresco meals. The playground offers a fun space for kids, while the expansive yard and wooded trails invite exploration. The property also includes an electric car charger and generator for added convenience.

Located just minutes from downtown Union Pier, Three Oaks, and New Buffalo, guests have easy access to boutique shops, restaurants, wineries, breweries, and art galleries. Town Line Beach is just two miles away, while Warren Dunes State Park offers hiking, towering sand dunes, and beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline. Only 90 minutes from Chicago, Woodland Paradise is the perfect quiet, secluded escape for families and groups.

- In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit, Aqua charges a non-refundable fee which provides up to $3000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages.
- Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
