It has a 45 m² living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 500 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

- A 45 m² living room with sofas and armchairs including a convertible sofa, TV (for DVD player only), fireplace (wood provided)
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 with bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Ground floor :
- Bedroom 3 with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4 with pull-out bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Outside:
- An unenclosed, sloping garden of 500 m² with a pond on the upper part of the plot and a flat area to the side of the house.
- A 40 m² east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Cornimont, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Hiking: many signposted trails start from Cornimont, including the Bouchot waterfall.
- Mountain biking and cycling on the Vosges trails: there are routes to suit all levels to enjoy the scenery.
- Skiing and tobogganing at La Bresse-Hohneck: the largest ski resort in the Vosges is just 10 minutes away.
- Tree climbing and zip lines at Bol d'Air Aventure
- Lac de Gérardmer and Lac des Corbeaux: water sports, walks and picnics in the heart of nature.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 car) and in the house's private car park (several spaces).
