- two bedrooms with two double beds (160 × 200 and 140 × 200),
- a third bedroom with two single beds,
- two bathrooms with shower and toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, iron,
- TV, WiFi, air conditioning,
- access to the private pool, shared with the lower level of the villa,
- a furnished terrace with a large table and an electric plancha grill.

There is no private parking, but you can park in dead end street

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10 p.m.
