Sea Dog's Fish Camp and Tavern

Bring your boats, jet skis and SXS. Get ready for a fun filled weekend at Sea Dog's. Launch just minutes away at Mill Creek Marina. This secluded home is on 4 fenced acres with plenty of parking and space to enjoy the natural views. Our custom built outdoor tavern is worth the trip by itself. Outdoor dining with tables and bar is large enough for 16 people. Invite your friends for the day and enjoy this hidden gem. Outdoor cooking station includes a stainless steel Charbroil Grill and a Blackstone Griddle. Indoors you'll have plenty of space with more dining areas in a fully stocked kitchen.

Lake, fishing and Texas décor bring a warm comfortable atmosphere for the whole group. Property is fenced all the way around so dogs and children are safe. Outdoor fire pit just steps from the main house is large enough for 12 people to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Deer are plentiful in the area and not afraid to jump the fence so you might see some special sights on the property. Corporate fishing events are welcomed on a daily basis. Perfect place for our family to share the holiday together. We loved having the Blackstone, grill and a stocked kitchen having every pot, pan and utensil we need to cook our meals! Best kitchen we have ever stayed at. Beds and couches were comfy and the outdoor tavern with TV was a fun way to enjoy being out in the woods. Our dogs were so happy looking out the large windows and running safely outside enjoying a fall day. A fire in the fire-pit was a great way to end a day of fishing. A relaxing and beautiful place to stay.

Another great stay!

This is our 3rd time to rent this house, and it’s been perfect every time. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need. Perfect set up for us. We always enjoy hanging out on the porch. We’ll be back next year.

Lovely Property

Beautiful home. I have never stayed in one so well stocked. Property is rustic and fully fenced. Better for short coat doggers than my long haired monsters ;)

Excellent all around!

This was one of the best places we have stayed in the Lake Texoma area. The house was in a quiet location only minutes from the lake. Very clean, well equipped with plenty of space to park and put our boat and folks vehicles. The patio was very spacious for everyone the enjoy being outside and the blackstone grill made every meal easy for a medium size group to enjoy. The house has an excellent layout with great furniture and very nice kitchen and bathrooms. The owners went well above and beyond to make sure we had a great vacation and we hope to be staying here twice a year as Texoma vacation spot moving forward. Absolutely love Seadogs fish camp!

Perfect and Peaceful

This is our 2nd time to stay at this property. The owners are very easy to deal with. The kitchen is fully stocked and property is very clean. We saw a turkey and a roadrunner. We love hanging out on the patio and playing cornhole! We will definitely stay at Sea Dog’s again!

The house and everything was just what we were expecting. The property was surprisingly secluded even being close to the rode. We had no issues and would stay there again.

Our Family get away.

This was the perfect place for our first Thanksgiving vacation. The weather was wet and cold but we had a great time on the porch and enjoyed spacious living room and open kitchen set up. I over packed because the kitchen was fully stocked for all our holiday cooking needs. It was close enough to stores but had the feel of seclusion. Comfortable for the whole family. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

Sea Dog's be a Great Place to Stay, Arrgh!

Our first trip to Lake Texoma was a smashing success, and Sea Dog's Fish Camp and Tavern was a big reason why. To start, the hosts were absolutely fantastic. Kerry was prompt in her communications and to show you how smooth things were we only communicated up to the rental and when we departed because everything was exactly as we expected, because we had no problems at all. The property itself was great. When you arrive there is a masterpiece of art, a giant armadillo, waiting to greet you, a theme that carries throughout the house. The seclusion was unbeatable, yet we were a mere 10 minutes to a marina on Big Mineral Arm. There is huge deck with ample room for a fun outdoor gathering with a blackstone grill and a regular grill, as well as, a huge firepit for making smores and just laying under the East Texas stars. Ii is a place set up to have a good time. When you enter the home, the kitchen is filled with everything you could imagine and wonderful appliances and a nice comfortable couches facing a large screen tv. If I was to have one minor place for improvement, it would be that a couple more sitting places inside, but that is more personal preference because there are ample places to sit outside. The bedrooms are well laid out and the beds were quite comfortable with memory foam and our family slept well. There were 10 of us (5 adults and 5 kids) and we had ample space and we had an absolute blast. And if this trip to Lake Texoma becomes a reoccurring activity we would definitely make Sea Dog's our destination again. That is if it's not booked solid in the future, which I expect it to be.

Great fishing weekend

Wonderful space for the 8 of us. Peaceful, pretty, lots of wonderful outside areas. We enjoyed the deck and the outdoor cooking options. The firepit was a great place to sit at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication from the host. Kitchen is well supplied.

Fantastic Family Getaway

Our family had the privilege to stay at Sea Dog's Fish Camp this past week. The property is absolutely wonderful. There was plenty of parking for all of our cars and our boat. The beds were comfortable, and the house was stocked with everything that we needed and more. It was a million degrees outside, so we didn't have the pleasure of enjoying a fire in the firepit. But we hope to be back once the weather is cooler and experiencing this! On Saturday when we returned from the lake, we discovered that the electricity was out. I reached out to the owners to give them a heads up, and they maintained communication and sent updates. The anticipated fix time kept getting pushed back, and the owners were worried about our grandson. They booked two rooms at a nearby resort for us to stay the night. They absolutely went above and beyond for us, and our family was incredibly grateful. Power was restored and we were able to return the next morning and finish off our wonderful stay. Thank ya'll so much for having such a great property and being such great hosts. We hope to see you again soon!

Wonderful

The house was perfect for our group Who were in town for a fishing tournament. It is located in a great location which is only about a mile and a half from Mill Creek Marina which has a public boat ramp. The house is in a secluded area with plenty of privacy and shade. We enjoyed the patio and the comfortable beds. Nothing was out of place and the property is very well taken care of.

Relaxing Family Getaway !!

This was a wonderful property, within driving distance to any part of Lake Texoma, very inviting and VERY relaxing !! Grocery store was within 15 minute drive, other attractions were all just a short drive away, Frank Buck Zoo, Winstar, Gainesville square. Many other cities too, Sherman for shopping and Dension. This property had everything as expected, CLEAN, Immaculate accommodations, Bathrooms, Towels, Bedding, Air mattresses. Kids toys, Firepit and who can talk enough about the Deck Tavern !! Our crew was either there in the morning with coffee or evenings with cocktails or grilling our favorite meal !! There is actually 2 grills which were amazing. ALSO don't forget the kid swing, our grandson had such an awesome time !!! Also the reclining patio chair in the sun was my daughter's favorite !!

Guys Weekend

Loved this place! The outdoor bar porch area was a wonderful place to relax outside. The large great area indoors was perfect for hanging out and prepping and eating dinner. Such a great part of the weekend. Top notch.
