This recently remodeled cozy home takes full advantage of its amazing location and modern living. This single family house located on a corner lot has an open layout for amazing gathering time. Modern new kitchen, open layout to the living room. An amazing outdoor deck with gas bbq/outside dining is separated by a slider door, providing an indoor/outdoor living area. A large backyard for kids to run around and play. A long wide driveway offers parking for four cars and space for RV parking. Close to the Lake, Beaches, Skiing, Casinos, & hiking trails.
• 8 adults max occupancy
• 3 Bedrooms:
- Master bedroom #1 has a King size bed.
- Guest bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed. - Guest bedroom #3 has a King size bed.
- 2 additional twin roll away beds (tempura pedic mattress ) can be placed in any room.
- 5 beds total and 1 pack n play w kids bed sheets and blanket.
- All Bedrooms have ceiling fans and light dimmer
- All Bedrooms have a large TV
- All Bedrooms have wireless charging stations for iPhone, AirPods and Apple Watch.
- Total 4 Large TVs in the house. We offer cable and internet offered by Spectrum, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Streaming Samsung channels and more

Our new chic modern kitchen offers all the amenities to cook and host great meals. With stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, great lighting, and many cookware and utensils, you’ll love whipping up tasty meals in this beautiful kitchen.
The over-sized kitchen island provides enough space for your family meals and gatherings. The dining table offers seating for 6 people with additional seating around the island. The living room has an amazing open layout with a high quality soft genuine leather sectional to rest and hang out. Leather Is a great way to wipe clean and stay sanitized. We have upgraded all windows in the house to be big to allow all natural lighting.
The 3 bedrooms have brand new high quality mattresses for an amazing night sleep. We have plenty of closet space to hang your items. Cleanliness is the most important thing as we strive for perfection. We have mattress protectors, pillow protectors, blanket protectors to ensure everything remain clean at the deepest level. All sheets and protectors are all washed after every guest stay. The home is sanitized from light switches to door knobs. All towels are washed after every stay. We offer high quality service similar to Hyatt and Marriot Hotels.
After a long day of skiing at Heavenly, Kirkwood, or Sierra-at-Tahoe, this home offers the perfect setting to stretch out and cozy up into your modern luxurious oasis.
Enjoy nearby fishing, swimming, rafting, tubing, skiing, exploring, hiking, golfing, and more! You’ll be a few minutes drive away from the Lake and skiing, there are ample opportunities to shop and dine close by!
Professional Cleaning:
This home is professionally cleaned. We stock the kitchen with bottled water, beverages and snacks. You will always be welcomed with a house warming gift upon your arrival for a smooth check in regardless of the time you arrive. We stock the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face/makeup wash, baby wash, body lotion, blow dryer, q-tips and high quality towels and linens. We provide enough towels (and beach towels too!) and linens for 8 people.
Allergy Free Home:
We are required to keep this home allergen/animal free due to our kids having sensitive allergies. We love animals but, unfortunately, no pets (this includes small dogs and cats). This includes all ESA's. If you have a service animal or ESA, please only rent a "Pet Friendly" vacation home rental.

We have mattress and pillow protections that are always washed along with the sheets. We use only beach and sensitive detergent.
