Located in the charming Suquet district, this independent house perfectly combines authenticity and modernity. Ideally set in a central yet peaceful area, it offers easy walking access to the beaches, the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, as well as restaurants, bars, and boutiques.
Whether you're visiting for business, a family holiday, or a getaway with friends, you'll find the perfect setting to enjoy the comfort of a warm and truly unique home.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.
