It was exactly as described, spacious and comfortable and nice, walking distance to the mall and many restaurants; close to everything !! Definitely would stay again!!

Great stay for a group

I ended up booking this location pretty last minute for the weekend before classes started at UF. It was the most spacious and affordable option for the days that I needed, and It was overall a very pleasant stay with a clean and inviting feel. I booked it for myself and my friend, but this would be a really great and affordable option for a larger group, as there are plenty of places to sleep, and enough bathrooms to accommodate a fairly large group.

Convenient and spacious

It was perfect for what I needed—a place to stay while in Gainesville for a doctor appointment. A friend met me there, and we were able to walk to the appointment and back. Beds were comfy. There was plenty of space. The host was helpful with all my questions.

This was the best rental property we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean and seems to be newly remodeled, had plenty of room for our family, and very comfortable beds. The shower was literally the best water pressure and temperature I’ve ever had in my life! Parking was plentiful so no cars were parked near us in the area. Communication was excellent. We’ll be back to stay over the next four years when we visit our Gator.

The property was ok. Furniture downstairs was a little worn. My pet peeve is strands of hair. I found strands in both beds and a couple of the towels. The overall stay wasn’t bad.

Great option for Gainesville weekend

Gator graduation weekend for the whole family coming in from Chicagoland. This condo was a perfect fit and comfortable for everyone (from 21 yrs old college kids to 78 yo grandparents) and it saved our family literally thousands of dollars vs. booking traditional hotel rooms for the weekend. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed, and had modern/fresh decor, with very comfortable beds and furniture. Very clean throughout. Best of all, it is reasonably close (5ish min drive/uber) to/from campus, located in a safe area near a bunch of food spots, has plenty of sleeping arrangements for larger groups (we had 6 and were very comfortable), and enough room to sit and relax throughout. Overall, a very well-maintained property that even had great water pressure. :) Will look for it again for future visits.

Great condo inside, but poor surroundings

Property manager was easy to work with and the property interior was neatly decorated and very clean. Unfortunately, the condition of the complex where it resides and the residents in the surrounding units detracted from the experience. Downstairs neighbors especially made my family and I feel unwelcome (one voiced to me in frustration that he’s lived there for years but now stranger like me continue to show up all the time). I sound the gentlemen downstairs opening his door and peeking through the blinds every time we entered/exited the stairwell leading up to the unit. The same neighboring tenant was also seen checking the doors and trunk of our parked vehicles in the parking lot. We also tried to use the pool on one occasion, but it was very dirty. Unfortunate, because the unit interior was otherwise appealing. Do to the reasons stated above, I would be hard-pressed to return to the property (which is unfortunate because I will be visiting the area more in the future with my child attending UF down the street).
