Entire Guest Unit - Cool Canby Crib-Full Basement

Enjoy comfort and style in this newly remodeled 1100 Sq. Ft. basement suite.
Located 10 minutes from I-5, close to downtown Canby and the Clackamas County Fairgrounds.

The location is about 90 minutes from either Mt. Hood or the Oregon Coast. Great for day trips.
This Suite has one bedroom with a King size bed and a Queen sleeper sofa in living room.
Dining area has pub height dining table.
Bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and full size washer and dryer.
Other things to note:
Ceilings are 7 ft. with a lower entry to the bathroom. There is a heating duct that is also lower over the island in the kitchen. There are stairs down to private entrance that is not handicap accessible. Door code needed for entry.

The property was very neat and clean. We enjoyed completely staying here. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook and eat. The sofa bed was comfortable. This little basement mini house was amazing! Very roomy, clean & had all the amenities if a person(s) were staying for a period of time. My husband is 6ft tall so the king size bed was key for his comfort of sleeping. Very comfortable bed & pillows! The hosts were phenomenal. So friendly, down to earth &accommodating to our needs. If we ever need to stay in Canby, we would love to stay here again!

JUST PERFECT

We visited family in Canby and were super happy with this clean and comfortable unit. Everything looked new, including the spacious and well-stocked kitchen with huge island. Couches and bed were really comfortable. Hosts were so nice and helpful.

Cute apartment with good loation

We had a wonderful time in this little Canby apartment . Its location was perfect for us. It has a full size beautiful kichen with everything you need to make family dinners. Although it has only one bedroom, ,the king size bed was exceptionally comfortable as was the couch that was a pull out queen size bed. We have stayed here twice now and I would definitely recommend this unit to any couple or small family!

charming, clean, exactly as described

Canby is such a nice community and this stay was in keeping with the area. It is nicely decorated, easy to get to and to check in and out. Directions are very clear and owners are responsive.

Wonderful gem of a one bedroom basement apartment with a private entrance. It’s very clean/cozy & yet spacious. The upgrades (cool shower) are lovely, too. The space provides all the essentials you would want or ask for at a traditional hotel suite experience & then some. Katie & Brad were communicative when needed & yet not invasive at all. Very kind, too. Would absolutely utilize this space again if needed in the future.

In all fairness I chose to stay at a property closer to my kid's sporting venue, but the host went out of their way to make sure I was safe and kept me well informed!

Well appointed getaway

My wife kept says what a great job the owners had done with furnishings and decor. The kitchen was set up with everything needed for preparing the few meals we ate in. AND it was close to the downtown eateries for going out. Large TV and comfortable seatingA great stay. We will be back if we come to the area again.

Holiday Visit to Canby

We had another wonderful stay at this home in Canby for the holidays. The house is clean, well-organized, & decorated so cute for Christmas! We had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back when we are in Canby again. Thank you!

Little gem in Canby, OR

We really enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home in this basement apartment. Kitchen was wonderful and had everything we needed. When we come back to the Portland area, we will definitely stay here again! We had 2 issues: 1. the noise from upstairs. If anyone upstairs walked across the floor, we could hear every creak. Being a light sleeper, my partner had a hard time sleeping but not much you can do! He used a sound machine APP on his phone. 2. the pooling of water in the shower. The stone shower floor has a dip to it and water pools there so at least it wasn't gross. I straddled the pool and it wasn't a huge deal. Thanks so much!

Canby Stay

This is our second time staying here -we enjoyed having a cool basement to stay at, especially during this heat wave! The bedroom is very comfortable and it’s a great location. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very comfortable and Stylish unit

Beautiful basement one bedroom unit. Completely brand new Reno with all your needs met. Came in for a wedding at nearby Langdon Farms (7 minute drive) and stayed for wine tasting with friends. Close to all the Willamette Valley wine stops. Near Wilsonville shopping. About 35 minutes to PDX

Great place to stay. Top notch with cleanliness and amenities. Attention to detail from the sheets to the spices in the cupboards. Would highly recommend and will stay here again if the situation presents itself.

Great stay in Canby!

We were in Canby for a wedding, and this was a great place for us to stay for the weekend. There was plenty of room for the four of us to spread out (my husband, two teenage boys and myself). The apartment is lovely, clean and well equipped for a rental. My husband enjoyed the Keurig, and our sons enjoyed the big comfy living room furniture and big screen tv. I appreciated that there were plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows. The owners were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this rental if you are going to Canby!

Good price rate

The stay was pretty good, we really only slept on location as we are from there but moved out of state so we were visiting friends and family. It was clean and open on the inside. The exterior was a bit of a shock with containers and a pretty rundown camper outside around the property. The parking was less than desireable as i drive a fullsize truck and had a space barely wide enough on the side of the road so we dodged a few cars getting in. Neighbors upstairs are up at all ours stomping around and could hear their t.v. all throughout the night above the master bed. Came back one night to a terrible smell of whatever was being cooked above us and only temp controls were controlled by residents upstairs which was weird. But for the price and distance from friends and family it was good enough for our trip

Cool Canby Crib-Full Basement

Very clean and comfortable with amenities if you had forgotten something. The king bed was very comfortable and the guest unit was nice and quiet. It was about a 15 minute drive to our sons home.

Born and raised in Canby Oregon. My husband and I are empty nesters and thought this was a great opportunity to share our home and help pay for retirement and our son's college expenses.

My husband and I bought this property because we saw the potential of the basement being a separate living space. We know there are people that will appreciate having a place to stay in Canby for many reasons including visiting relatives and it's close proximity to I-5 and the Clackamas County Fairgrounds.

Canby does not have many accommodations that we feel are suitable for guests to stay and we hope you will enjoy the clean and stylish space we have prepared for you.

Canby is a great bedroom community that is desirable because it is central to many places with travel time of 15-30 minutes.

Canby is 1.5 hours to either the mountain ski resorts or the Oregon Coast.
Portland is 30 minutes from Canby.
