The garden of the adjoining family house (900 square meters) at the entrance of which the small house is located has a lot of charm, trees and shaded areas

The studio is located in the heights of Agon-Coutainville, in the old part of the village, close to the center of Agon. The street is quiet but close to the great voices and easy to access for those who want to visit the area.
Walks are possible from the house which is 2.1km from the city center of Coutainville and about 3km from the sea. Close to all shops.
It is possible to park for free on the street or in a parking lot 30m away.

We ask for 25 euros for cleaning, sheets and towels.
No wifi but the 4g picks up well.

The nearest train station is Coutances 10 km.
