- The driveway entry is shared with a red detached studio, located across the 3-acre lot, periodically used by our niece for quiet, creative work. Beyond the entry point, the driveway & home are private for guest use.

- There are motion activated front & rear entrance/deck access & garage door temp camera-sensor.
