This rental was a bit of a challenge. First we were not allowed access to see the exact address or view the property before the day of arrival. Secondly, none of the TV's worked. When reporting this to the property owner, this issue was not resolved during the entire stay of 5 nights. I would not recommend renting this property.

Just as advertized. Location exceeded expectations as a super private, quiet location yet super close to everything. Extremely clean, well stocked, fabulous pool/yard/lounging areas, and hosts communication 100% amazing!

Great getaway

Davie’s house was great. The pool table, huge pool and hot tub were the highlights. Location was central to a lot of things too with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Kitchen was well stocked. Davie does let you know that the pool is a “high debris” pool so you do need to use the pool skimmer often but that didn’t bother us. I would book this house again.

Fantastic Spring Break!

We stayed at this property for 5 nights and had an amazing time. The house was centrally located to everything that we wanted to do. It was well-equipped with towels, paper products, soap, dishes, appliances, etc. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you, Davie, for sharing your home with us.

Great House in Excellent Location...

We had an excellent time at this home in NE Scottsdale. The location was outstanding to get everywhere quickly. Davie (owner) was very pleasant and we even got a surprise delivery of a treat from her one evening. The home provided a great evening hangout with all of the creature comforts we enjoy while on vacation - pool & spa, outdoor patio, huge gas grill, TV's in all locations including on the patio (great for all of the college football playoff games happening while we were out there). We just flew home to snowy Michigan, so I would head back to Phoenix and sleep in a tent on the ground to get back to that weather right now, but a house like this is definitely a great setup for a short family vacation! Thanks again for having us Davie!The Tacoma Family

Great place to stay

Hot tub was awesome, located near hiking trails, pool table fun to play in evenings, clean place, host quick to respond to any questions. Only annoying thing was the army of 3 guys with gas-powered leaf blowers arriving 30 seconds after we finally got our baby down for a nap… Would stay here again!

Relaxing family get away

The property was perfect for our multi-generational group to gather. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of areas to gather and the outdoor space was perfect! We loved having the pool and hot tub. Davie was really responsive and sent us cookies! Location was perfect. Easy to get on the 101 which takes you everywhere. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Location

This property was in a great location - located close to everything we needed. House had all the furnishings needed for our stay. Hot tub pump wasn't working but Davie had it fixed the next day which was great.

Great property

My adult daughters and I came for a long weekend and loved Davie’s home! The place looked just like the photos on VRBO, the pool was a lovely oasis and Davie was responsive to our emails. We were close to some amazing restaurant and needed amenities (Starbucks, grocery store and Target). I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great Scottsdale house

Could not have asked for a better experience. The house, yard and pool area were all fantastic and as described. We enjoyed the great pool each day and the evenings in the house were very comfortable. The owner, Davie is amazing. Answered tons of questions for us prior to arrival and was very accommodating. This house will be my first choice anytime I return to Scottsdale.

Perfect Getaway!

Every aspect of this property was exactly what we needed! From the perfect central location for golf, shopping and hiking, the home itself had more ammenities than the listing provided. From the pool table, to spacious family room and kitchen, the backyard itself was simply divine. We will definitely stay here again!

The one thing I enjoy about this neighborhood is how quiet and peaceful it is. It located near the 101 and it is easy to explore the area, but you never hear any highway noise. Plus, it's a super safe neighborhood.
