Beautiful three-story home with three bedrooms, three and half baths with a fantastic open floor plan. All bedrooms are complete with their own bathrooms which makes it perfect for guests. Conveniently located in close proximity to the River Oaks Shopping area, Montrose neighborhoods, many famous restaurants, nightlife, Buffalo Bayou, and movie theaters. It is located only minutes away from Downtown, Midtown, Washington St the Heights, Rice Village, the Galleria mall, and the Medical Center.
This home provides a comfortable stay for family, whether it is a vacation, personal, or business trip. Monthly lease welcome.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Just as described in the listing. The townhouse is very nice! It’s clean, modern, and the location was great (a lot of nice homes and condos in the area. We felt safe in the neighborhood). Comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms and showers. I thought it was nice that there was Tide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for guest use. There was also plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and ziplocks. Tina was very responsive from the beginning. I had questions even before I booked and she was quick to reply. She even let us check in a few hours early which was so nice. Overall A rating. Thanks Tina!

The house is beautiful and sparkling clean. Tina is very communicative and a lovely hostess. She stocked the coffee/tea nook for us and left wonderful toiletries and paper goods for our use. We stayed for a long time and she sent someone with extra disposable goods for us. A couple of cute extras: Everything in the house is labeled. The master bedroom shower is like a firehose. The neighborhood is safe and the grocery store is 8 minutes walking distance. These things make a guest happy! My only dislike was parking: you can’t use the garage, and the driveway was only big enough for one car comfortably — but there is pretty good street parking nearby if you come back early.Everything works and is clean. I would stay here again, without a doubt. Thank you Tina!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was immaculately clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. It’s also spacious and beautifully designed, with tasteful decor and thoughtful touches throughout. The layout made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together, whether we were lounging in the living area or enjoying a meal. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish getaway!

Montrose townhouse gem

This townhouse is tucked away on a quiet street with easy access to Houston in Montrose. Roomy, clean and filled with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to walking trails, coffee shops, restaurants, and so much more. My family enjoyed our stay for our son’s graduation. It was the perfect spot to gather for games and enjoy each other. Plenty of space for all!

River Oaks Townhouse

We were in Houston for a graduation and had a wonderful stay at this location. The townhouse was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Don't hesitate - book it.

Enjoyed the stay!

We had a great stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Tina, our host, was very nice.The location is very good - with shopping, dining, sports all very close. We could walk to the grocery store and restaurants.

Lovely home!!!

The house was very comfortable, quiet and spacious. We really loved it - all the basic supplies were there ready for us. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Nice neighbors helped us with a car problem too!! the driveway did not have room for two cars - unless they were small. We had to car shuffle and park around the corner down the street. The living room could use a love seat so 6 people could watch a movie comfortably.

Perfect for our trip

The location was close to shops and restaurants. It was convenient and easy to get to museums and other attractions. The house was very clean and comfortable. The check out process was very simple. The host was easily accessible.

Wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful property, and is exactly as the pictures indicate. It is very convenient to shopping and restaurants (River Oaks Shopping Center is within a few blocks) and also close to downtown, the Heights and the Museum District. My wife and I stayed here, along with our 16 year old granddaughter, for a week in order for us to take her to art classes at the Fine Arts Museum— an annual event for the past eight years. In that time, we have always been looking for the perfect VRBO for our annual adventure in Houston. We have finally found it! We’ll be back again next year. A great location and a wonderful home! We give it a ten!

Perfect

The home was a wonderful location. It’s is beautiful and clean. I had a minor surgery and it was cleaner than the hospital. It was stocked with everything we needed. We had trouble with the TV and they were there immediately to fix it. I will definitely stay there again. Great place to stay in Houston.

Beautiful home, great location

This house was perfect for my family and my parents with an excellent location near river oaks! It was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. With three stories, there are a lot of steps so we had to be extra vigilant watching our toddler. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. I appreciated that the mattresses were on the firm side, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. Everything was meticulously clean. Would stay here again. The only thing we needed was a baby gate.

Great stay at this house

This house was great for a stay for our family. It was super clean and everything seemed new (linens, furniture, appliances, kitchen items, etc.). The wifi worked very well. The location was very convenient, with short drives to everything we wanted to do. The Buffalo Bayou is a very short walk, and we really enjoyed being able to run along the trails there away from traffic. There's also a nice looking restaurant at the visitor center there, although we didn't get a chance to try it. The host was very friendly and super responsive. Would definitely stay there again.
