Charming 3 BR Bungalow: Newly Renovated!!
Welcome to Steepleview Bungalow! Centrally located in the heart of Lynchburg nestled amongst twentieth century spires. Here, you can walk to City Stadium and catch a game. If you are feeling adventurous take a day trip to explore the scenic mountains & historic towns along the Blue Ridge Parkway. University of Lynchburg, Randolph College, LU, shopping/restaurants and downtown are all less than a 10 minute drive away! Whatever you decide Steepleview Bungalow is your home away from home.
This home is newly renovated spacious, comfy, and clean!
The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and a big table perfect for family dinners. We have plenty of pots, pans, and dishes for you to use. Just off the kitchen is the modern bathroom with frameless glass shower door. Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash provided.
In the living room we have a HD TV and an oversized sectional sofa- great for movie marathons. There's even a few board games if you are up to the challenge!
Get ready to get comfy & cozy!
Bedroom One : Queen bed with memory foam mattress, wardrobe & workspace.
Bedroom Two: Queen bed with memory foam mattress. Closet with hanging shelf. We have a tote in the bottom of the closet with supplies .
Bedroom Three: Two twin xl beds with memory foam mattress. Workspace. Hangers and luggage racks . Locked closet .
There is ample street side parking in front our Steepleview Bungalow. Please park between the telephone pole and the end of the white fence attached to the Bungalow. In consideration of our neighbors, we ask you to please stay within this area.
This portion of the street is a dead end. There is a turn around point at the bottom of the road.
We do have an active camera at the front door for security purposes.
The entire home is yours to access with the exception of two closets that are locked.
Please feel free to contact so I can resolve any issues you have.
*Please note if you have difficulty with steps, there are two sets of steps to the front door. The first 3 do not have a handrail. The 6 steps to the porch and front door have a handrail .
*We are child friendly, but our home is not child proof.
*Backyard is not finished. If you choose to go outside we ask guests to stay on the deck for the time being.

Hello! I'm originally from Yorkshire, England. Many years ago fate intervened and I met my husband in Europe, who was then serving in the US Air Force. Our adventures have led us to various places, but we now call Virginia home where we reside with our son. Our son helped with the renovations of the property and is also a co-host. My husband plays trombone in two bands at various venues throughout Virginia. I enjoy interior decorating, gardening, cooking, travel, nature hikes & DIY tinkering. I love my family, friends & of course hosting.

We chose this neighborhood because we loved the location. Within approximately 10 mins you can be at all things Lynchburg! The neighborhood is working class. It's home to many people, singles, retirees and families.
