30a Beach Properties presents Yaya's Carriage, just three houses from the gulf! Gulf views and a 2 minute walk to Main St and Town Center. This stunning Rosemary Beach location is only a one-minute walk to the beach, Western Green, and Main Street cafes. Close to boardwalk F, the carriage fronts the estate lot section of Rosemary Beach.

All towels, bed linens, blankets, comforters, and pillow/mattress protectors are professionally laundered for every new reservation!

We provide passes to access all 4 Rosemary Beach Community pools, and any of the 9 Beach Walkovers

(Guests should be comfortable with the artistic ladder stairs to the loft - a common feature in many original carriage designs).

This large corner lot carriage home offers balconies from which to take in gulf views. Yaya's carriage offers an open living and dining table area, full bath with shower, and a well-appointed full kitchen with a wrap-around bar counter. An alternating staircase leads to a loft bedroom with a queen bed, plus a twin bed with pull out trundle. Your reserved parking space is located in the garage along with the dedicated carriage washer/dryer.

Loved our stay!!!

Perfect location to beach and to Main Street (only 2 minute walk to both!!!) We spent time shopping and eating some amazing food. The place was very clean, the stairs can be a lil scary to go up to the bedroom, I almost tripped going down a few times. The bed was comfortable and there were multiple pillows. I would stay here again, it is off the main house but never saw the guests staying in the main house. Overall loved the place it such a great trip!!

Lovely carriage house. There were people staying in the main house at the time we rented the carriage house which was fine because they were quiet and good neighbors. But it might be awkward if you have any conflict with the other people staying in the same property. Very close to the beach (walkover F or E) Beaches and ocean are beautiful!!! And there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. If you have not visited Rosemary Beach or 30A before, just be forewarned that beach setup is done through rental companies and can get costly (80/day for two chairs and an umbrella) and I would imagine that during high season the beach would get very crowded.

One minute walk to the beach or The Pearl

The carriage house and location were absolutely perfect for our stay! We wanted to be close to The Pearl for a wedding and get to be near the beach since we had our own chairs. It was delightful and we will definitely be back! A fabulous find!

Couples getaway

Perfect place to stay for my husband and I! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable! The stairs in the home gave us absolutely no issues however could see them being an issue for anyone staying that might have limitations! Thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay. Also the house was easy to get into and right across the street from beach access!

Little gem

Cozy little hideaway, Yaya's carriage house was perfectly located close to anything and everything within a couple minute walk. The steps up the loft/beds could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Clean and comfortable. Rosemary is such a lovely community!

Location, location, location

We booked Yaya's Carriage House for our Babymoon in Rosemary Beach. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. The size of the carriage house was all that we needed and the location can't be beat. The only downfall we had was that the floors were filthy upon our arrival and we found sand in various places of the home - front entrance door and around the couches specifically.

Quick getaway as empty nesters

We had a great long weekend at Ya-ya’s Carriage house. It was perfect weekend for the two of us. The space was all we needed as we spent most of our time on the beach and ate out all of our meals. I had struggle with a couple of things at the house and Tom was quick to respond and point me in the right direction. Overall great management company to work with and lively stay.

Great location

Great location very close to beach and small downtown with bars and restaurants. Apartment beautiful but a bit small. Stairs to sleeping loft are a challenge but manageable if taken slowly. Owner was responsive but directions not clear on location as address is for the main house and parking took some time to figure out (street or driveway…were given code for garage but was always blocked by people from main house) and could have been clearer at checkin. Please note this is a coach house above a garage and outdoor areas/ garage are shared with main house renters.

Perfect perfect perfect

This was the second year that just my 9 year old daughter and I went to Rosemary Beach for a week. We really liked where we stayed last year but wanted to try something new. I am soooo glad we chose this place - it was absolutely PERFECT for our trip. Literally a 30 second walk to the beach or a minute walk to the main street. What i LOVED was the fact that we basically had a double garage at our disposal filled with fun beach toys and a bike and even a huge duck float! The washer and dryer was also in the garage and that was super handy as well. The inside of the property was so charming and just the right size for the 2 of us. The issue with the stairs is not to be overlooked though - it was fine for us but we had to be pretty vigilant to make sure no one took a tumble when going to the bathroom in the night. The property manager actually drove by when we first arrived and made sure we got in all right. It was literally our own little paradise for a week and we will DEFINITELY be back!

Perfect location in Rosemary Beach

This is a great carriage house right by The Pearl and the town center of Rosemary Beach. Great location near the beach and the town. Nice little view of the ocean. The steps to the bed/loft are a little steep and tricky but very doable.

Lovely getaway

What a beautiful space to spend a long weekend. Steps from the beach. Blocks from downtown. Felt like we were in A European village with a beach nearby. We will be back.
