This wonderfully equipped property is located in the highly sought after 24-hour gated community of Phoenix Park Village. The house is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom home with a beautiful living and dining space, kitchen, and built-in closets. This property also includes a water heater, air condition, a large backyard and ample parking to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property is conveniently located near commercial districts, restaurants, a movie theater, & the beach.
The space
The property features a beautiful living room equipped with a sofa, TV stand, 55" smart TV mounted and can be adjusted to allow viewing from all angles, completed with free Netflix and other streaming services.
The dining room creates the perfect atmosphere for dining any time of the day and is set to accommodate all our guest.
The kitchen features a 6 burner self lighting, stainless steel stove with a oven for all your baking needs. It's also equipped with a Microwave oven, a blender, a kettle, double sink with hot and Coldwater, and a refrigerator.
A washing machine is also fitted to keep your clothing clean and in tack.
The master bedroom is equipped with a built-in closet, a dresser with large mirror, a smart TV, night tables, lamps air condition, a very comfortable bed with it's own entrance to access the bathroom.
The second bedroom features a built-in closet, a Chester drawer, 2 matching twin beds, a smart TV and view to the backyard of the property.
Guest access
Guest are welcomed to access all areas of the property, as they will have the entire home to themselves
