ON LAKE HAMILTON! Amazing location close to everything! Boats welcome! Firepit! Kayaks! 10 minutes to downtown! Comfortably sleeps 8. 3 KING beds, one in each bedroom, while kids/friends may enjoy the 2 futon sleepers & additional fold out twin in the ottoman in the sunroom/funroom! Sunroom can sleep 3-4 smaller people! Firepit, Charcoal Grill, Pacman Arcade game, cornhole & board games! Fun! We have two separate living areas so everyone has room to spread out in our designer mid century modern (mcm) vibe home.

You won't find a more convenient location in the area. We're less than 2 miles from I-70 and only 3 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Gaming! Starbucks, Walmart, Kroger and lots and lots of shops and restaurants are all within 5 minutes of the house.

Have a boat? You can can launch it just around the corner at Hot Springs Marina - only 1/2 mile away! Dock tie-up in season: March - October. Plenty of parking for a trailer in our circle driveway.
Don't have a boat? Pontoon rentals are also available at the marina. Or enjoy our two kayaks - free for our guests to use during your stay along with water toys! *Winter pool is November to March with lower water levels & no boat docking at rear of home during winter pool. *In summer pool season, Average sized boats (pontoon/bass/fish & ski) may tie up to the walkout/tie up dock-(not the slip) boat questions? Just ask us! (No boat included, we do have kayaks available)

Kids will LOVE our sunroom/family room with two enormous "Big Joe" bean bags and vintage board games & Pacman Arcade too! The grown ups will love the covered back deck with patio seating, a swing for 2, large grill and awesome views of the water. Relax in the Adirondack chairs around the firepit & make your own s'mores! Perfect spots for that morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine under the stars.

note: one of the futons is in the master bedroom, the other 2 futons (each sleep one) plus the twin foldout bed are all in the sunroom
