This Beautifully decorated Top floor studio was just remodeled in Nov. 2021, located in Seacrest Beach on Famous Hwy 30A!! Right between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. You couldn't be in a more perfect location. This studio is perfect for a romantic couples getaway or Mother/Daughter time. Comfy King bed, private balcony over looking pool and hot tub. Amazing gulf views. Come on down....Sip your morning coffee on your private balcony and take in the fresh salt air that your body and mind is craving. Vitamin "Sea" is waiting on you.

Adorable

This little condo is super cute. It’s right in between Rosemary and Alys, you can see the ocean in the distance and it’s easy walking to most everything. Debbie was super responsive and helpful. Super clean and cozy. Perfect for a couple! This condo is about .4 miles to the beach access. Just know if you’ve never been to 30A beach access is near impossible without a pass and bc of the private beach rules the “private” but public part of the beach is super tiny and overly crowded. Literally elbow to elbow and not comfortable. We found amazing public access 4 miles off the main road. Overall this condo is amazing and we would definitely come stay again. Only recommendation would be 11 am check out time instead of 10 am.

Relaxing stay in a great location

This condo is in a great location, central to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. It was nicely decorated, and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions.

Condo was fine for 2 people to use as base for exploring the area. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO that only supplied 1 small roll of TP and guests expected to purchase any additional on their own 🤔

Great little spot!

This is a great little studio at the Inn at Seacrest. If you look at the VRBO map, it looks as if the unit is on the beach. So the location isn’t accurate. Fortunately, we were familiar with the area, so we knew we would be on the North side of 30-A. Weather was lovely in October.

Cute condo for our anniversary stay

My husband and I spent a week at this cute little condo during our first visit to the Rosemary Beach/30A area. The location of the unit is well situated within walking distance to shopping and eating. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler provided in the unit. The view from the balcony is lovely as well. Check in was relatively straightforward, as was the checkout. The day we used the pool it was full of bugs and you could tell had not been cleaned out in a while. The other downside is that there was very limited bath linens and toiletries for an extended stay. There is a coin laundry on the premises but I did not prefer to do my bath laundry on vacation. I could have planned better if I knew the limitations in advance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this condo and would consider another shorter stay in the future.

The Perfect 30A Getaway

The location of this clean, charming property could not have been any better for us to walk to our favorite spots: Seacrest beach where we easily rented chairs and an umbrella, Alys Beach faves like Fonville Press, Raw & Juicy and the Citizen, strolls and shopping in Rosemary Beach and so much more! We packed great food and fun into our stay, from yoga on the beach to dinner at Pescado and Lola Coastal Italian, shopping at Pish Posh Patchouli’s, Rosemary Beach Collection, and Gigi’s, to name a few. The owners have thought of everything from backpack beach chairs and a tote to borrow during your stay, a hair dryer and a straightener for lighter packing, water and Keurig coffee pods to get you started and so much more. Debby, the property manager was so welcoming and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. Don’t hesitate to plan your visit here. The property boasts a comfy King bed with excellent wifi and a design that will appeal to all. The balcony has a fabulous view and great furnishings to enjoy before heading out to explore. A pool and hot tub at the location and being such close proximity to the beach made everything so convenient. Enjoy close, easy parking with your pass and then leave your car there to walk and bike to all of these 30A treasures. Book your stay now! We can’t wait to come back ✌️💛☀️

Honeymoon

My Husband and I got to stay at Debby’s lovely property on the edge of Alys beach. We had a wonderful honeymoon and loved every bit of the rental. Beach Chairs were provided, along with sandcastle supplies. There was a full refrigerator and kitchen sink which was nice for leftovers from the surrounding restaurants. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend!

Clean unit close to beach and restaurants and shopping. due to rain no biking but area well set up for exploring. Code to access shuttle to beach did not work.

Lovely views and clean

The location was perfect, studio was very clean and neat, and the views were better than pictured. Communication between host was quick and very helpful. We would have liked to check out a little later (checkout is set at 10am), and as west coasters and the time change it’s not as relaxing - but the experience overall was really wonderful. We would love to stay again.

Intimate beach getaway, beautiful view

Check in and check out could not have been smoother. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Unit was clean and bright, bed was comfy, pool was sparkly. The surrounding area was fun to explore! Overall great birthday trip!!

Perfect beach getaway

This rental was the perfect choice for a quick getaway. The place is clean and comfortable with gulf views and easy beach access. The host thoughtfully provides beach gear, and there are plenty of hooks for beach bags, towels and swimsuits. The pool is nice and it’s an easy 10 min walk to the heart of Rosemary or Alys.
