Nuestro apartamento de 68 m² está cerca de Playmobil Funpark 2.0 km, Carrera-World 1 km, Nuremberg Exhibition Centre, Nuremberg Center 5 km, Fürth Center 4 km, piscinas divertidas, restaurantes, cafeterías, bares y varias instalaciones deportivas. El autobús se puede llegar en 50 m, S-Bahn en 2 km. Compras y oportunidades de compras a poca distancia. El apartamento está en el primer piso de un edificio de apartamentos y tiene una entrada independiente. El apartamento es luminoso, tranquilo y acogedor y se extiende en dos niveles. En el nivel inferior hay un dormitorio, un gran baño / aseo y la sala de estar, con una cocina totalmente equipada (lavavajillas, horno, cafetera Nespresso, etc.). También se incluye una gran mesa de comedor y un televisor de 50 ". Arriba hay un pequeño estudio con una cómoda cama doble, escritorio y otro baño / inodoro. Jardín (apto para niños, con trampolín, columpio, etc.), restaurante a poca distancia del vigilabebés. WiFi con VDSL. Aparcamiento en la casa, ideal para familias, parejas y viajeros de negocios.

We stayed here for a full month and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were fantastic—very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The space truly had everything we could possibly need for a long stay, which made it feel like home right away. The location was also amazing and incredibly convenient. We would happily stay here again and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Great place to stay while in Nuremberg

This property is a really good place to stay if going to Nuremberg. It is a little far from the city center, but is very close to bus transportation that can take you to the U Bahn. If you don’t mind taking public transportation, this property is highly recommended.

Perfect apartment to visit Nuremberg, Rothenburg and Bamberg.

This apartment was very comfortable, cosy and well located. It is located in a close suburb of Nuremberg. And within 1 hour drive to Rothenburg and Bamberg. Easy to communicate with the owners. Great apartment

We were only in town for a short stay so this apartment worked well for what we needed. Doreen and Stefanie were excellent hosts and helped us with restaurants and reservations. The two places they suggested had excellent traditional German food and Doreen and Stefanie helped us with making reservations in German. FYI, most places this far out do not speak a lot of English nor have English menus. Doreen also guided us to Rothenburg and it is definitely worth driving to, which we will visit again! Nuremberg’s Christmas Market was everything the reviews say and we loved it. This apartment is on the second story and the second bedroom is up additional stairs that were steeper, which was fine for us, but if you are elderly it might be a problem. This apartment comes with a washer and dryer, which helped us out tremendously as we were traveling with kids.

Suburb of Nuremberg

The hosts were the best! We use VRBO in Europe almost every year, and these were two of the best hosts that we've ever met. The property was extremely clean, and had all the modern comforts and appliances that you would expect. There is a very nice bakery/cafe right down the street, and a local super market across the street, and it has everything you'd ever want to eat or drink. We purchased local food at the grocery store on a couple of occasions and ate back at the apartment. We took taxis to Nuremberg (about 28 euros each way) and enjoyed touring the castle and the art museum. The train to FRA leaves from the Nuremberg central train station, and takes about 2:20 to get there. The Christmas market in Nuremberg is pretty crowded, and very festive. If you have little kids, try to make it to Furst for their market. It is more old-fashioned. Rothenberg was my favorite destination, and I would go back there if were a directive from my band.

Wonderful apartment for family!

We were very pleased and impressed with the apartment. The owners thought of everything that we could need. There were plenty of towels, toiletries, detergent pods for the washing machine and toys for our girls to play with. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots and pans, spices for cooking and dishwasher detergent pods. The apartment is very clean and well furnished. We were able to spread out and had plenty of storage for our clothes. The location was great for easy access to the grocery store, Playmobil Park, and day trips to Nuremberg and Bamberg. The owners answered all of our questions and gave us great recommendations. Dinner at the German restaurant next door was delicious and breakfast at the bakery down the street was great. Our girls also enjoyed interacting with the chickens, Sissy and Chloe, in the backyard. The weather was a little rainy during our stay so we did not spend much time in the backyard but it looked nice for a sunny day. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to return in the summer. Thank you for all of your wonderful hospitality!

Eine sehr geräumige Wohnung, die nichts vermissen lässt. Das herzliche Vermieterehepaar hat auf viele nette Kleinigkeiten geachtet und die Wohnung zu einer idealen Unterkunft für Familien mit bis zu 6 Personen gemacht. Man kann sich auf 2 Ebenen verteilen und hat auch auf beiden Ebenen ein Bad mit Toilette und Dusche. Die Küche ist mit vielen nützlichen Geräten und Teilen ausgestattet, vom Backofen über Spülmaschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Eierkocher, viel Geschirr und mehr. Durch den separaten Eingang ist man für sich wenn man das möchte. Die Bushaltestelle 25m weiter bietet schnellen Anschluss an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz. Aufgrund der Geräumigkeit und dem netten Vermieterehepaar kann man die Ferienwohnung nur jeden ans Herz legen.

Super Aufenthalt.

Wie hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Man konnte, zu Fuß, alles erreichen, egal ob Bäcker, Supermarkt oder die Bushaltestelle. Wie sind von hier aus 2 Tage in Nürnberg gewesen und einen Tag im Playmobil Funpark.

Nurnberg business convenience

We stayed at this property during a recent trade fair at the Nurnberg Messe. It was perfect for our group of 3 with plenty of common space and comfortable sleeping arrangements. It’s also very close to public transportation which was very easy to use. We really enjoyed the easy 10 minute walk into Zirndorf for beers and dinner. We did not want to leave!

Sehr genial

Super angenehme Anbieter und Unterkunft. Gemütliche Wohnung mit Bleibe-Charakter. Sehr gute Privatsphäre, Veranstalter und Familie sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wohnung sauber, alles vorhanden was man für einen langen sowie kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Badewanne, Dusche, große Liegecouch, Staubsauger, großer Esstisch, elektrische Rollos, Parkplatz vor der Tür etc.). In Nürnberg ist man mit dem Auto in 15 min. Fürth ist in ein paar Gehminuten um die Ecke. In 3 Minuten ist man im großen Einkaufsladen Kaufland, Sparkasse ebenfalls da. In der nähe ist noch ein Becker (3 min Gehweg), neben der Unterkunft ist noch ein Lokal mit einheimischen Speisen und Getränke. Klare Weiterempfehlung!
