Conveniently and perfectly located! Our cottage is located on a quiet dead end street yet walking distance to shops, restaurants, live music, markets, the amtrak station and all that downtown Freeport has to offer. A short drive to Wolfe's Neck State Park, Bradbury Mountain State Park, Mast Landing Audubon Sanctuary, the Desert of Maine and the beautiful mid-coast coastline.

Cute little house for a "base camp" while visiting relatives in the area. Very close to all the shops of Freeport. Nice stocked kitchen, comfy beds, cutely decorated. Be aware that the only bathroom is on the first floor while bedrooms are upstairs, so for those that need the restroom during the night, you have to navigate the stairs. We stayed when it was VERY cold outside and the house did a good job keeping up with the heat - especially remained cozy upstairs for sleeping. The downstairs side door would benefit from heavier curtains to keep the heat in a bit more.

We had a very enjoyable time. Yes it was cold outside, but we were comfortable inside! The LLBean stores and other outlets and restaurants were 2 blocks away. Our leisurely mornings around the kitchen island were so nice. The kitchen was better supplied than we had expected. Lots of simple supplies we didn't have to bring in from a store, like...coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, milk. It helped make our mornings so nice! It's definitely a place to which I would love to return!

The Outlet House exceeded our expectations! Lovely house, well appointed and stocked with everything we needed! Very quiet neighborhood! Response from host was very prompt. When we're back in the area, we would definitely stay there again!!! It is was lovely!

Miranda's Outlet House was sparkling clean with comfortable beds and a kitchen with all the amenities we needed. It was so nice to have a tea kettle on the stove as often times places don't have a tea kettle. The cottage is an easy walk or drive to downtown Freeport. We would definitely stay here again if we return to this area. Thanks, Miranda.

The location of the property was perfect, private and quiet. The property was clean and everything we needed was furnished. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It served as an excellent base as we explored the state of Maine. It was convenient to everywhere.

Awesome little house perfect for our family of 4, also big bonus they had kids toys and books! Very walkable to downtown freeport, very driveable to Portland.

great one suggestion

The stairs and upper landing were difficult for a 76 yr old. suggest a 2nd small railing at the landing. No upstairs bathroom made things a bit difficult at night. Other than that the place was great.

This is a great little 2BR, 1BA in Freeport, within walking distance of LL Bean and the Bow St Market. Quiet and nicely furnished. Host is very responsive.

We loved our stay here! The cottage was super clean and in a quiet area within walking distance to town and all the shops and restaurants. Check-in was simple and the hosts were very friendly and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy, Private Cottage

This is a perfect haven for a couple, or a small group of family or friends. Everything is as nice as it's presented here at VRBO. Clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Owner was very responsive and quickly addressed a minor heating issue and it was resolved. Highly recommended!

The Outlet House

If I can summarize with two words: Perfect Location. Darling little house, clean, nice amenities. The little house is located in the heart of Freeport, walking distance to shopping and dining without worry of where to park your car. If I might give a plug for the Brick Hollow Brew pub. Outstanding pizza and live entertainment!!! Thank you for a great stay and hope to visit Freeport in the near future and stay with you!!

Great location to stay in Freeport in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and well stocked. Close enough to walk into the shopping district of Freeport. This was also a nice central location to stay if you want to take some day trips along the coast.

Nice place with perfect location…

We were impressed with the property. Very comfortable and nice layout. Within walking distance to shopping and if your a geocacher there are some to find in walking distance.
