Welcome to Bab Cali! This 70' Californian style architect's house offers a surface area of 145m2 on a fully enclosed plot of 1,500m2 with heated swimming pool, located in the immediate vicinity of the train station and shops, a few minutes walk from the historic center of Nemours, 15 minutes by car from Fontainebleau, its famous Château and its magnificent forest.

The accommodation offers:

- 4 bedrooms each with a storage space including:
o 1 bedroom of 12m2 with Queen size bed (160cm);
o 1 bedroom of 12m2 with en-suite shower room and a Murphy bed allowing either a single bed of 80cm, or a double bed of 160cm;
o 1 bedroom of 12m2 with Queen size bed (160cm);
o 1 bedroom of 19m2 with Queen size bed (160cm) and office space.

- The charming asset of this house is its beautiful living room of about 45m2 with its fully equipped open kitchen (excluding freezer or freezer), its dining area and the living room with closed fireplace as well as a Smart TV to connect you to your favorite streaming accounts (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.). Its large bay windows and high ceilings in the background create a quite remarkable space where volume and cosy atmosphere go hand in hand thanks to an original and neat décor.

- The house has 2 bathrooms in total:
o The bathroom with toilet adjoining one of the bedrooms;
o A separate bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and laundry area.

- Children will be delighted by the games, toys and books at their disposal.

- The outside is not to be outdone with:
o A terrace near the pool where you can enjoy your meals sheltered from the sun;
o A barbecue for your summer grills;
o A 4x8m swimming pool heated from May to September;
o Children's games: swing, trampoline etc.

Transport side:

This house is ideally located a stone's throw from the train station if you don't have a car. If you come by car, you have an outdoor parking space right in front of the house. The street has parking spaces that are often available.

Practical side:

- All you have to do is drop off your suitcases: bed linen and towels are included, beds are prepared for your arrival :)

- Between May and September, cleaning fees increase (from €120 to €150) as they include cleaning of the pool after each stay.

- For your comfort, basic necessities (including coffee pods, sugar, oil, vinegar, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper) are available to allow you to start your stay serenely the first 2 days. It will then be necessary to refuel at the supermarket.

- Soap, shower gel, shampoo are not provided.

For the fireplace: logs will be placed from September to April inclusive. This will allow you to make a blaze.

- Stay connected! Wifi is included.

What to do in the surrounding area?

Take advantage of your stay to stroll through the streets of Nemours, the Parc des Rochers Gréau, Fontainebleau, along the Loing canal and treat yourself to beautiful walks in the forest. Many activities are possible: climbing, kayaking, hot air balloon flight, etc. So let your desires run wild!

IMPORTANT!Please note that the house is located in the city, a 3-minute walk from the station. This huge advantage for people without a vehicle means that trains pass by (6 seconds) near the house. The noise is sometimes noticeable in the background and it represents between 1 and 4 trains per hour.

You can enjoy the pool between May and September. WARNING! It must only be accessible to children under the active and permanent supervision of an adult.
Protection device in accordance with standards: safety cover. There are no barriers or alarms.
The pool must not be used between October and April, even if it is not heated (please do not uncover it).

Parties are prohibited.
Dogs are allowed under certain conditions: we invite you to read the house rules and to contact us by message before booking.
The interior of the house is non-smoking, you will find ashtrays outside.

If you want to arrive earlier (from 4 p.m. to 2 p.m.) or leave later (at 11 a.m. or until 3 p.m.), these additional options subject to conditions will be offered to you after your booking is confirmed (you will receive a link to our shop).

This huge advantage for people without a vehicle implies the furtive passage (6 seconds) of trains near the house. The noise is sometimes perceptible in the background and it represents between 1 and 4 trains per hour.

Warning! The house does not have a freezer or freezer at the moment, we do not recommend bringing frozen products.

Regarding the fireplace, a few logs are placed from September to April inclusive. This is enough to make a fire. It is not currently possible to provide more logs but it is possible to buy small net logs at the Bricomarché which is less than 10 minutes away by car.

Dogs are allowed under certain conditions:
- A request must be made beforehand, before booking. Introduce us to your companions (breed, size, character) in a nice message!
- Supplement of 30€ per stay and per dog.
- We allow a maximum of two dogs;
- They are not allowed to climb or sleep on the sofa and beds, nor to sleep on the carpets. It will therefore be necessary to provide their bed (cushion, basket etc.);
- The accommodation does not have bowls or towels to wipe wet or dirt paws, remember to come with your companions' pack!
- They are not allowed to dive or swim in the pool;
- They will have to be taken out regularly so as not to relieve themselves in the garden. In the event of an accident, you agree to collect their large commission!
- They must not disturb the neighborhood by untimely barking and must, as far as possible, not be left alone in the home (a new environment is often a source of stress for them).
- You agree to report any damage caused by your animals if necessary.
