Relax in the Gîte Cocoon **** - one of the tourist accommodations of the Fleur de Champagne estate
This duplex accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people with its 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which has a sauna and a bright living space.
Enjoy a warm stay with a fully equipped kitchen & a terrace offering a view of the vineyards.

Located 1h30 from Paris, on the Champagne Tourist Route, the Gîte Cocoon has:

On the first floor:
- 1 bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen
- 1 private terrace with a view of the Champagne countryside
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

Upstairs:
- 2 comfortable bedrooms with top-of-the-range bedding. We offer a double bed of 160 x 200 cm in each room that can be separated into 2 single beds of 80 x 200 cm (on request when booking in order to provide the appropriate bed linen)
- 1 bathroom with shower and equipped with an infrared sauna for 4 people

Your stay at the Domaine Fleur de Champagne guarantees you total autonomy with an entrance to your accommodation thanks to a box secure keys.

In addition to the services of your Gîte, you benefit from several common areas within the estate:
- A large common courtyard, offering convenient parking with several parking spaces.
- An accessible laundry room, equipped with a dryer, in addition to the washing machine already present in your gîte.
- 2 charging stations for electric vehicles, available only on request – Paid service not included in the rental - Flat rate: €15 per charge.

Your stay is completely autonomous. Thanks to a secure entrance by key box, you will be able to arrive (after 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival) and leave (before 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure) at your convenience.

However, I remain available to answer your questions, whether it is about the operation of the accommodation, the facilities of the estate or to give you local recommendations.

Before your arrival, you will receive a welcome manual containing all the essential information to fully enjoy your stay. This document will also be available in the Gîte. It includes:
- The map of the estate, with the location of the accommodation, the allocated parking lots and the common areas
- The accesses and useful codes: Key box code, Wi-Fi code
- The safety instructions, especially due to the presence of water basins.
- The rules of life of the estate, in a spirit of respect for the environment and the natural environment: Waste sorting, Access to & Respect for green spaces, Preservation of the fauna and flora of the estate and its environment
- The operation of certain equipment including, Smart TVs, with access to the main streaming platforms (connection with your personal account), sauna...
- The conditions of use of charging stations for electric vehicles
- The must-sees to visit, discover and useful addresses.
