This 2 Bedroom-condo is for 8 persons (plus 1 child less than 10 years, ).
It is in the 14th floor with very nice sea-views and located on Cebu's most famous Mactan Beach between Shangri-La and Crimson Resort.
There are no further charges. It includes the following free services - amenities:
- airport-pick-up (from landing time 11am-6pm – check-in only if early check-in is possible)
- use of 2 swimming-pools including use of folding beds
- use of Cabanas including Tables, Chairs at the pools (incl the grill if available), if you want to eat outside for online ordered food
- use of Gym and Sauna
- drop to nearby Beach at Angasil Port (3 Mins)
- Very Fast Fiber - Wifi in the condo (300+ MPS)
- SMART TV with Youtube / Netflix / Amazon
- Free Parking slot
There are no other fees. We do not charge cleaning fees or security deposit either... Going to the airport is 15 minutes during the day, and 12 minutes by night.
Other features:
-.You have a very high-class fit-out of the condo with Mahagony wood, leather couch, wallpapers – curtains – kitchen utensils sent by Balikbayan box from Germany to Cebu
- We have a boat for Island-hopping with very reasonable pricing (7500 Pesos for the boat – same price for up to 15 persons) , which includes Olango Snorkeling in the fish
sanctuary as well as Sandbar Island Pandanon (exclusively for your guests only)
- There are brochures in the condo for nearby Watersports (free pickup & Drop), Recommendations for nearby outdoors restaurants, Massage Salons, day-tours among others
- All condos are 2 bedrooms and have a fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook any time.
- The compound is huge, its easy to stroll around in a large private area with the children in the evening
- The sea-views from all the condos are really stunning.
- You have a fully equipped kitchen inside to cook your own food (supermarket Robinsons nearby)
- GRAB Food gives you load of options because many restaurants are nearby
- We have a laundry pick-up and drop service of only 100 Pesos service charge
- We have a small motorbike with Food-box (Scooter) free of charge for our guests to get drinks or / and food from outside / 1 Sari-Sari for drinks/snacks Walking distance 2 mins
- You can easily order transportation from your condo via GRAB (TAXI), the nearby Taxis at Mactan Newtown usually take 5-8 minutes to be at the entrance

Hay atracciones turísticas imprescindibles, como Calle Colón, pero si lo tuyo son las compras, tampoco te puedes perder SM City Cebu y Ayala Center (centro comercial). Parque acuático Jpark Island y Museo José R. Gullas Halad también merecen la pena.
