Fish in the canal from your private fishing dock, relax under the stars in the hot tub, or unwind in the outdoor oasis with the TV and a fire pit. Watch from the backyard beautiful birds take off and land at the Held-Moran Bird Sanctuary 1/4 mile away. About 15 minutes from Padre Island, this vacation rental house is ideal for up to 22 guests looking to discover Corpus Christi.

For safety and liability purposes, cameras are located on the outside of the property. One is on the doorbell, one is on the garage facing the street, and three are in the backyard facing the canal and side yard. The only cameras inside the home are in the locked-off areas that are not accessible to guests. There is also a noise monitoring device inside the house and in the backyard that monitors decibel levels. They do not record sound.

Neat and Organized

Smell from the sea wood was quite off putting but the house and location was great! Plenty of room for everyone, had an issue with the living room tv but the owners responded quickly. Thanks for hosting us!

Beautiful gem

Everything was amazing on our visit. Loved fishing off the back deck! We were able to catch some catfish and black drums. The hottub was definitely a plus. Yes, the smell of seaweed is a bit heavy but what do you expect when you're staying right off of the water!? House was way bigger than expected and we had plenty of room to stretch our legs and then some.My only complaint is that we didn't book to stay longer. Michelle was very attentive on every question we had and quick to respond. Will definitely be back next year!Thanks again.-Reyes family

Great Memories

I grew up on the canals and staying at this fabulous, expansive, and fun home brought back lots of great memories. Great location - 20 mins to beaches and into city. Hosts are friendly, communicate clearly, are welcoming, and friendly. Highly recommend this property.

Best House

We have stayed at many houses over the years in Corpus and this was by far the best one we have ever stayed at! It had so many spaces to spread out and you never felt crowded. We will always try to stay at this house when we travel to Corpus. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Good Location lots of room

Good for a large group with kids. We had all adults and sharing bathrooms was not optimal but we made it work. It was clean, close to where we needed to be without having to cross the bridge.

Wonderful family vacation

Our family had a lovely time at this home. There is plenty of space to spread out inside and outside. There are tv’s in every room and many amenities to make the stay comfortable. There is a marina close by so that you can launch your boat and leave your trailer.

Very nice accommodations, excellent location

We stayed with a friend who needed some well deserved rest and relaxation. The home was perfect for this goal. The home is very nicely appointed and in a great location to explore everything Corpus Christi has to offer. Check in was a breeze and the VRBO hosts were very responsive and flexible with changes to our dates of stay. The beds are VERY comfy and the backyard is beautiful. Great place!

Great stay, great times always

Enjoyed our stay here once again. Best property management. Super responsive and always in a very timely manner!! The only thing that would make this stay better is some additional lighting outside in the backyard. The ring cameras do not produce enough light to properly light the area in the backyard. And the Motion camera constantly goes off and leaves us in the dark. T but we will definitely be staying here again!!

Great hosts

We stayed at this location for 5 days and was thoroughly impressed. The hosts were very good at communication and took care of any needs immediately. The house was large enough for our entire family and we never felt crowded. The backyard is amazing with fishing space and a great place to relax. We will definitely recommend this place to others.

Beautiful house

We absolutely loved this property. It was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We were able to fit 4 trucks and 3 cars in the driveway. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Best part of the house was the backyard. 5 different areas to sit in and enjoy your vacation with a drink in your hand and a relaxing view.

Corpus Christi 2023

Our group of nine people, 5 adults and 4 teens reserved the house for 4 nights in July. The house could easily have handled twice as many people and had space enough to spread out and enjoy one another’s company. The deck area is amazing, fishing, relaxing, s’mores, grilling, hot tub, television, room for kids and pets to romp - it is a vacation in and of itself. Indoors, I’ll say that after staying in a number of vacation rentals this one is better equipped with high end electronics, kitchen appliances and general necessities than any other we’ve rented. The hosts are very accessible and helpful, if your group is looking for a place in the Corpus area this one will not disappoint.

Our family has loved visiting Corpus Christi since our kids were little. The beaches, the great weather year-round, it's a great place to be any time! We chose to buy this house because of the size and location. It was the largest home for sale in Flour Bluff at the time. We have a large family so, from our personal vacationing experiences, we know it can be difficult to find a home big enough to fit everyone. We wanted our vacation home to be the place where large families can gather and create memories. This is our personal vacation home so we have put additional touches on it that you won't find at other vacation homes such as reverse osmosis water filtration, memory foam mattresses, 5.2 surround sound system, a VitaMix blender, double waffle maker, and more!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Enjoy fishing in the canal right from your very own private dock in the backyard.
Relax in the hot tub in the evenings. Bird watch at sun down and gaze at the stars at night. The Held-Moran bird sanctuary is about 1/4 mile to the west. Beautiful birds fly in and out.
Enjoy all of the offerings of the backyard covered patio with beautiful views of the canal, the gas fire pit, and TV.
Start your day with a cup of coffee in our Coffee Bar area, complete with a Ninja coffee maker, complimentary coffee grounds, Torani syrups, and creamer.
