Also located on the 2nd Level is a full bathroom and 3rd Bedroom while the other 2 bedrooms are found on the 1sr floor, details below.
Bedroom 1 - 1st Floor Master Suite with King-sized bed, en-suite bath, walk-in closet, direct access to the patio, and AMAZING VIEWS. Bedroom 2 - 1st Floor (2) Single Beds + ensuite Bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 - 2nd Floor Queen Bed, utilizes 2nd-floor Hallway Bathroom. Living Room 1 - (1) Full Size Sofa Bed

For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from across the Street.
For those of you with kids, Balboa Zunzone is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.

Air-Conditioning This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.

Absolutely wonderful location. Great for relaxing or enjoying all neach activities. Multiple bedrooms with the two units booked together. This property had everything you need to enjoy Newport Beach and surrounding area.

Easy instructions in how to enter. We have had nightmare at some places. Communication with property managers was great. Needs a few upgrades as things get worn over time. But overall great time

Location is best feature
Location was great ! Plenty of beds . Would have preferred it to be flipped , the kitchen and family room all down so we could better use the patio . With little kids, the upper patio didn’t work . The floors were really dirty . We all had to wear socks the entire time . There was a attic door in top floor bedroom that kept opening , it was kinda creepy .

Beautifully remodeled interior but outdoor patios need help
The home is lovely on the inside. With no AC the sliding door screens should be replaced. They were inoperable and we had doors open 24/7 during the hot month of August. The exterior patios need touch up and furniture needs to be replaced. The master suite needs lamps and a quieter ceiling fan that doesn't rattle. More lighting is needed in the garage for doing laundry and unlocking bikes etc. Wine glasses and a KEURIG coffee machine listed on amenities were not found. I would stay here again with a little patio update.
