Casa en 35 acres con vistas de las montañas de La Plata al Parque Nacional Mesa Verde y The Four Corners. Rutas de senderismo en el sitio. Gran terraza para el café de la mañana.

Esta es una casa modelo de 400 pies cuadrados, parque, a 2 millas de la ciudad de Dolores. Nuevo interior reformado. Electrodomésticos de tamaño completo. Mesa auxiliar y mesa de café superior o muebles de patio en la terraza para disfrutar de una cena al atardecer.

Los artículos de cocina incluyen una cafetera, microondas, todos los platos y cubiertos.

El sol sale por las viudas orientadas al sur por la mañana, que es un buen momento para buscar ciervos y alces.

Dé un paseo por el perímetro de la superficie en la noche durante el atardecer para encontrar fragmentos de cerámica y ver la vida silvestre. Duerma bien con noches frescas a 7000 pies.

A very nice place!

The property is located about 2.5 miles from the little town of Dolores CO (which has moved upscale since my last visit with a really good cafe and brewpub). The property is just as pictured, but what can't be seen is the quiet. It's really quiet here, private and very peaceful, and it's a great base for exploring the area. Dean was a great host, responded to my one question about wifi, and I enjoyed my stay.

Just what the doctor ordered TRIP

If you want to “get away from it all”, this place is FOR YOU! I loved the location and all the amenities it offered….especially Miss Kitty!! 🐱 Conveniently located with easy access to Four Corners, Hovenweep, Telluride, and Mesa Verde. Definitely plan to be back!

Best Place Ever!

Beautiful peaceful location - very private but with easy access to Dolores, Cortez, and countless outdoor opportunities. Dean is a great host and offers excellent, quick, and reliable communication. He has made his home very comfortable with many touches that demonstrate he cares about his guests' stay. We are looking forward to returning soon to this wonderful vacation home. Best place ever!

Beautiful Property

We loved staying here! Check in and check out was a breeze, communication was wonderful. But this location was just perfect for what we were looking for. Close enough to Cortez, Delores and Mesa Verde; but further enough out to be peaceful. We love taking in the amazing views on the deck and walking the property. We will definitely stay again if in the area!

Best Location Ever!!!

My wife and I plus 2 dogs stayed here for 2 weeks and we didn’t want to leave. The house is prime location to do allot of stuff in less than a hour. Close to Mesa Verde National Park, Durango, Telluride, Mancos and of course the local town of Delores. We enjoyed all of the above and Dean was a fantastic host and we didn’t need a thing. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the property was the best thing about it. 35 acres with paths that we used to walk the dogs around the property, deer everywhere and wild life. Dean was a great host and don’t hesitate to book this property and we will definitely be back!!!

Lots of thoughtful touches

Was exactly as advertised. And the home contained lots of thoughtful touches. For example all the light switches were labeled, all the paper products were provided, and the kitchen was well stocked.

What a Gem

This was such a peaceful setting! The star gazing is awesome. It was easy check in as Dean is very good about answering messages. The tiny house seemed much bigger than 400 Sq ft. It's a great set up with a laundry in the out building. He has everything you need there to cook and it was all spic and span! It's a great location to all your SW Colorado outings. We went to Mesa Verde National Park, 4 Corners, Hovenweep, Lowery Pueblo, The Musuem of the Ancients, and McElmos Canyon outside of Cortez. One more day would have allowed us to go to Telluride, but the weatherman said snow! Thank you Dean for having such a gem of a place! We defintely recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. Great Views

If you want great views and privacy this is the place for you. Centrally located to Mesa Verde National Park, Durango and the Million dollar highway. It’s a gem for the size and was perfect for our home base while we did sightseeing during the day. A peaceful retreat with wildlife out your front door.

Hidden gem!

Deans place is amazing! Clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Has all that you need. My favorite part is the porch overlooking the beautiful mountains. You can sit for hours. He’s also a great host. I’ll be back!

Second Visit Just as Lovely as First One

We stayed here a year ago and liked it so much we returned. The location is private and quiet with wonderful views. It's a neat and clean little home and convenient to many tourist attractions. We brought our dog, and appreciated the kennel when we needed to use it. The trail around the south of the property is good for exercise. The kitchen had all we needed for basic cooking when we didn't want to go out. We really enjoyed the coffee table that became a dining table when we wanted to watch TV as we had dinner.

Great spot a few miles from Dolores and from Phil’s world.

Dean is a wonderful host, quick to respond and help with anything. The location is ideal for anyone who appreciates quiet, beautiful views, and access to trails. Beautiful spot! (And Dean has thought of many small details to totally cap the experience!)
