This NY inspired apartment has the location of your dreams! 20 min train ride to NYC!!! Located on the Ironbound section of Newark, where you will feel welcome and have a delightful restaurant experience! A short walk to Prudential Center, a feel blocks away & NJPAC . Check yourself in with a smart locker.

The apartment is very spacious! With everything you need to make your experience even better ! Next to NY!

Apartment accessible only by stairs, we do not have elevators

Self check in with smart locks. Check in instructions will be send at the day of check in by 2:00pm via app.

Newark is the biggest city in New Jersey. At just eight miles from the Big Apple, we are located in Irounbound section. The Irounbound district alone has nearly 200 restaurants offering foods such as Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian, barbecue, sushi and new American dishes. We are located right across Newark Penn Station, where you can easily access busses, taxi, trains and the majors Airports. Don`t forget to plan a visit to Prudential Center during your stay ! You`ll have so much fun joining a Hockey game, concerts and other activities.

Buena ubicacion para alojarse

Voy a dividir en dos mi experiencia, primero el piso: está muy bien ubicado frente a la estacion Penn de Newark (con el tren PATH en 25 minutos estás en el World Trade Center, muy práctico), está muy bien equipado y limpio, los colchones y almohadas como las de cualquier hotel de 5 estrellas. Segundo, nuestra experiencia: no ha sido la mejor por culpa de unos inquilinos incivicos en el piso superior, hasta tuvo que intervenir la policia, y el problema se centra en la tardia respuesta del propietario/administrador, ya que casi se tomó todo un dia para intentar intervenir, o sea, mal y tarde. No sé si en un futuro volvería a esta propiedad.

Location, location, location, this place was in an amazing location for our trip. We were in town for a concert at Prudential center and the walk was quick and a straight shot! The next day my daughter and her friend were able to jump on the train to NYC within a 2 min walk, you can see Penn station from the front door. The apartment was well stocked, even had a few snacks and goodies left for us. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. PROS:- really near to the Penn Station for easy travelling to and from New York City- Apartment amenities as described- Plenty of towels and pillows available- Sufficient dishes and pots/pans available- Coffee and pancake sauce available- Very clean- No complicated key or key card handover necessary- You receive the access code for the apartment one hour before check-in if you know this, you can plan accordinglyCONS:- Apartment is very noisy, which is bad if you have loud neighbors- Street noise clearly audible in the room facing the street (second bedroom is quiet)- Luckily, we had earplugs with us and were therefore able to sleep reasonably well

Loved this home!!!! It was so clean, the rooms were dark at night, right next to Penn Station so easy to get to NYC, and the parking across the street was so convenient. Communication was great with the host. Thank you so much!!

Easy New York Access

Excellent location from which to access New York. Close to train station and car parking. Faclities were very clean and met our family needs well. Host reponded quickly to a few questions we had.

Super convenient location

We were literally across from Penn Station in Newark. 10-15min Subway ride to NYC. The apartment was clean, up a flight of stairs (20 steps), and secure. I mention the number of steps because I had an elderly grandmother who struggle going up stairs and that was the biggest challenge for us with this apartment. When I reached out I was told it was a short flight but I should've asked how many steps lol. Still, overall we enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable. I do recommend bringing a white noise machine as the street noise will keep you up at night. I had to use blast it on my phone to fall asleep. There's a pub and homeless people right below so there's always chatter, yelling, and sirens. The 3 bolt locked doors made us feel safe. 2 things I really appreciated was the ability to control the temperature in the unit, and to store our luggage before check in. Our flight landed at 6 AM so we were able to go to the statue of liberty before check in. Thank you!!

Charming apartment directly across from train line

As advertised. Very clean and well kept apartment. The owner communicated clearly how to get into the apartment and how to use everything. Check out procedure was easy. Would stay there again for sure

Great family rental

Property was very clean and accurately depicted in photos. Check in process was seamless and communication with host was timely. Stayed here with my family due to the proximity to the Newark Penn Station, for trips into NYC. Neighborhood could be better, but building and rental were great. Would rent here again to visit NYC.

Birthday Celebration

Our stay was wonderful. The best part was the location across from Newark Penn Station. We took the subway into New York every day and had no issues. The rental was clean, bed was very comfortable, and it was as shown on the picture on their web page. The parking across the street at the lot was great and the attendants were very friendly.

Great location

Parking for this property was a mess but that was mostly our own fault, just not a lot of spots open at midnight. The apartment was in great condition and was super nice and clean. Only weird thing that happened was that a maintenance guy knocked on our door at like 8am.

Convenient location, good value

We enjoyed our stay at this property, however there has been a few concerns: (1) I have not received check in instructions until a few hours prior to arrival despite of multiple requests. Arriving and not knowing if we can get in is not enjoyable experience. (2) Area next to the apartment does not appear to be safe. The entrance had electronic lock, but apparently local drug dealers had access to the code, because every evening there were some shady characters inside the building right next to the apartment entrance. Property manager should consider changing entrance lock code frequently. (3) Host was not responsive. Once we finally got check-in instructions, we did not have any major issues, but we had a couple of things that required a response. Never heard back from the host. Overall, I feel that with better communications and some relatively minor improvements this property would be a great place to stay.

Cute little apartment!

We all loved this cute little apartment! I stayed there with my three teenage kids and their grandmother for two nights. Although it was a small apartment it don’t feel too small, we were all comfortable and it was very clean and organized. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of plates, cups etc. The apartment was extremely close to Penn Station so we were able to park our car in the 24 hour lot across the street, for a small fee of course, and walk to the train station to get everywhere we needed to go with no problem. We would love to stay here if we were visiting the city again. Great hosts!
