Very nice new villa near the beach of Warang (150m), with large rooms. It is ideal for a stay with family or friends up to 6 people maximum.

Nianing with its shops and restaurants is 5 minutes away by car, and the center of Saly, the real tourist capital of Senegal is less than 30 minutes away.

Reservations and payments exclusively via the official platform.
We never ask for a bank transfer, Western Union or external payment.

It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with fans, including a master suite.

The spacious living room is equipped with a TV, and free WIFI access.

The open kitchen is fully equipped, with microwave, American fridge, nespresso coffee machine etc..

Outside, the villa has a large flowered and well-maintained garden with its equipped pool house, swimming pool and deckchairs to enjoy the climate.

Electricity by prepaid card system at the expense of the tenant.

You will have access to the entire first floor, the outdoor swimming pool, and the pool cover.

Possibility to rent in addition the independent and fully equipped studio located on the 1st floor of the villa, for 2 additional people at 50 euros per night.

Accommodation services Mandatory cleaning
To guarantee a clean and pleasant accommodation on each arrival, the services of our housekeeper are mandatory:
5,000 CFA on arrival (preparation of the accommodation)
5,000 CFA on departure (cleaning after your stay)

Comfort+ formula: 40 € per week
Take advantage of the support of our housekeeper 5 days a week, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., including:

In order to ensure your safety, our caretaker Emile will guard the villa 24 hours a day and Theo our manager will take care of the entry and exit of the rental.

He will also be there to accompany you throughout your stay, plan visits and ensure airport transfer at attractive rates.
