Magnificent family chalet with panoramic views
This family chalet is located in the heart of the village of Montgenèvre, with its sun-drenched terrace offering you a magnificent panoramic view.
It can comfortably accommodate 12 people. It is brand new with a real "chalet" atmosphere and contemporary decor, with very nice amenities.
Here is a little tour:
On the ground floor: an entrance hall, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, a laundry room with washing machine, 1 shoe dryer cupboard.
On the 1st floor: a large living room of 55 m², a 55" TV with home cinema, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, and freezer. The entire room is soundproofed with SONOS.
On the 2nd floor: 2 large bedrooms with panoramic views, with private bathroom and toilet. One of the 2 bedrooms has a double bed and 2 single beds in a separate sleeping area.
On the terrace: you can comfortably enjoy the magnificent view for lunch (there is an electric griddle) and sunbathe.
Located in the heart of the village, you will easily access the leisure activities that Montgenèvre has to offer!
Free access to the Anova Hotel & Spa spa in the morning!
Ski lift passes, ski rental and lessons, massages and treatments, concierge service available. Non-smoking apartment - Pets not allowed
