The Space:
Bright and quiet, 1st floor, Queen studio beach apartment. Located on the first floor and easily accessible from side entrance.

Guest Access:
This unit is on the 1st floor and requires 4 stairs for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door, and then press the button at the bottom of the keypad. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out.

Existing and arriving guests that require immediate assistance should call our hotline which is included within our check-in / welcome messages and posted in our lobby. Emergent voice messages will be returned promptly by our staff.

Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. With that in mind, we cannot provide approval for early check-in, in advance. If your room is ready prior to check-in, we will let you know.

Situated in the heart of Ocean Grove, the Allenhurst offers the perfect stay with convenient access to Asbury Park. Whether you desire a peaceful dinner on Main Ave. in OG or a lively evening at the Asbury Boardwalk or downtown strip, we've got you covered! Our prime location provides unmatched access to all that makes the Jersey Shore special, as well as a mere 14-minute walk to the train station for easy travel to NYC

Getting Around:
Within walking distance, you'll find the beach, the boardwalk, live music venues, an abundance of restaurants, bars, and shops. Additionally, we are approximately half a mile away from the train station, providing easy access to NYC. Alternatively, you can opt for a 30-minute Uber ride to catch the NYC Ferry. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is just moments away.

Other Things to Note:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10PM - 8AM.

Beach passes can be purchased at a discounted rate using the QR code displayed in the lobby.

We have a strictly enforced "No Unregistered Pets" policy. We allow 1 dog (less than 30LB) per unit for an additional cleaning fee of $100.

Please be advised that interior hallways and exterior porches are monitored by video surveillance and noise monitoring systems.
