Retro condo with high end finishings and an exceptionally clean feel. The floors are crisp white so you will notice a crumb. If you are just looking for a place to crash there are less expensive places in Maya but if you appreciate style this place is for you. Maya condominiums is walking distance to restaurants, sprouts, Starbucks, salons etc. And a short walk to all the dining and entertainment of Old Town. We just walked from the property to Franco’s for some great Italian.

No shoes or drinks other than water in the bedroom with the white glitter shag carpet...it`s only because it`s white glitter shag carpeting.
The smoking or vaping of any substance is prohibited in the Maya community. This includes within the individual
units, parking lots, pool/spa areas, clubhouse, fitness center, elevators, catwalks, patios, balconies and
all other areas within the confines of the Maya community.
Violations of the No Smoking Rule will be enforced as a Schedule B Violation.
Effective Date November 1, 2025
As stated, the new rule will take effect on November 1, 2025, and violations of the rule will be enforced as Schedule B Violations.
SCHEDULED ‘B’ VIOLATIONS: Applies to the above noted rule
Violations of the above noted sections are considered Schedule ‘B’ violations. Unit Owners with Scheduled ‘B’ violations will receive a Courtesy Notice before fines are assessed. Unit Owners with Schedule ‘B’ violations will first receive a Courtesy Notice of Schedule ‘B’ violation that provides Unit Owners fifteen (15) days from the date of the violation notice within which to cure the violation. If the violation is not cured within the timeframe specified in the Courtesy Notice, a Second Notice of Schedule ‘B’ violation will be issued. Note: Only one 15-day Courtesy Notice will be issued within a 365-day period for the same violation.
A Second Notice of Scheduled ‘B ’ violation within a 365-day period from the first notice will result in a $75.00 fine.
A Third Notice of Schedule ‘B’ violation within a 365-day period from the first notice will result in a $150.00 fine.
A fourth and any subsequent notices of Schedule ‘B’ violation within a 365-day period from the first notice will result in a $300.00 fine, and the violation may be turned over to an attorney for legal action. All attorney fees and costs shall be charged back to the Unit Owner in violation.
