Take full advantage of the sparkling clean private pool, large cabana and carriage house, fully stocked kitchen and other excellent amenities for your home away from home while on vacation! Oh, and did we mention you're just 3 houses back from the beach access? Convenience and location are a MUST!



Upon entry into the main house, guests will find a well appointed living room with a 55" plasma screen TV, cozy furniture and you can let the sweeping Florida breezes blow through your front door. The open floor plan leads to a fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen, dining seating for 8 guests, a breakfast nook table for 2 and 2 additional built in bar seats. On the first floor of the main house, there are sleeping arrangement for 4. The oversized sectional sofa in the living room converts to a sleeper, queen sized, for 2 guests. There is also a King Suite with Private Bath and dedicated porch access on this floor. Extra spacious and convenient for the very best first impressions!



On the second floor of the main house, sleeping arrangements include: Master King Suite with Private Bath (jacuzzi tub and private balcony access with gulf views) and a queen sleeper sofa for the kids, a Queen bedroom with private bath and private porch/balcony access, and a bunk room with a twin/full bunk. The bunkroom uses a full bathroom in the hallway.



Up on the third floor, guests get the ultimate gulf views through the loft with two separate decks/balconies for sipping your morning coffee or sipping an evening cocktail.



As you venture across the courtyard area and around the pool, enter the carriage house for additional sleeping arrangements for 6. Crash for the night in either the King bedroom or the bunk area with 1 full/full bunks. Both bedrooms use the full bathroom in the carriage house. What's even better is the kitchenette with full refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, large wall mounted TV and bar sink.



Beach Towels are available for rent at this home, which means you don't have to pack them! Limit of 4 Packs of 5 Towels MAX per Reservation for $20 per Stay. Guests Must Wash and Leave at Property Upon Departure. Additional Charges Will Be Assessed for Stolen or Lost Towels.



Weddings and Events – All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $1,500.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations. *Weddings/Events held on the beach in coordination with a stay at this home must obtain the separate permit through Okaloosa county in addition to the $750 Beach Reunion event fee.



BEACH CHAIR SERVICE: guests are able to rent through La Dolce Vita for setups located at the restaurant the Crab Trap. Beach Service Vendors are not available for the Hutchinson beach access.



BEACH ACCESS: The beach access for this property is just at the end of the street, a short 5 minute walk!

* All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families. College/Student groups are NOT allowed.



* HOA has strict 5 car parking policy. If you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office.

Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Exclusive to Beach Reunion guests, we offer electric street-legal golf cart rentals at rates well below other Destin/Miramar Beach providers. Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.



Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.

A quick walk from the sugar white sandy shore, the luxurious “Skippers Escape” vacation rental home is situated in a dynamic beach community of Crystal Beach. You are close to the large outdoor shopping mall The Destin Commons. You are a short walk to a few quaint eateries and never far from the action.



Getting Around:

With this home being so close to shopping and dinning, walking, renting bikes through coastal cruisers or golf carts, which we do offer rentals through our company will have you out and about seeing all the sites!

Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house



All linens and bath towels are provided. Please provide your own beach/pool towels.



Starter set of supplies. We will get you started and you take it from there! *Includes toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and dishwashing liquid.
