Great Budget spot for a quick stay

This cosy studio was perfect for my fiance and myself, clean, comfy, easy access to major roads and siesta key, and great communication from the hosts. All round a great place to stay. We were out most of the time and ate out, while you can store things and there is place set up to sit outside, its not really set up to "hang out". Its more of a place to sleep, shower and store stuff in the fridge for when you go out the next day.They had a beach umbrella, chairs and cooler for us to use, which was very handy.There were paper plates and cups and disposable cutlery in the cupboards which came in handy and easy not to have to wash anything.Great place for a great price.

Home owner was great with communication. We felt like we had our own apartment for a few days. The homeowners didn’t bother us once. Our room was sectioned off from the rest of the house and stocked with essentials. There are a decent amount of rules to follow although but all around a good place to stay at.

Get away studio

We had a 5 day trip to this area of Florida. First time on the gulf coast. So much to do and close to so many stores and restaurants! Quick drive to Siesta Key beach, not far to get on the highway. This studio is a clean, convenient spot to stay. Hosts were quick to answer when contacted and gave us suggestions on local restaurants and bars. We didn’t spend much time in the studio but it met our needs for the time we were in it! I would recommend it! Many thanks to Kat and Mel!

Perfect for what we needed.

Nice cozy place. Very clean and well supplied. Great communication with the hosts .It is also in a great location. We stay in Siesta Key area several times a year as it is our favorite beach. Our normal VRBO's were not available. We will definitely put this in our rotation as places to stay when visiting.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Comfortable accommodations that were just as advertised. Kat was super wonderful to talk with a very helpful in recommending restaurants in the area. Would definitely choose this place again!

Great location

On my second time around, I find this place feels like home, much of which is due to the meticulous care of the grounds & property of this lovely corner lot by the owner. Kat is a “super” host with lots of suggestions for area shopping & eating. It is super easy to get to Siesta Key beach. It was a five star stay

Clean, only issue was very poor tv channels and owners requested that I remove the bedding and take out trash. ( never been asked to do that before)

Great studio close to everything you need

We spent at few days at Kats studio and the process of booking and communicating with her was seamless from day one. The studio is cute and clean and close to everything (cvs and grocery are just across the street). It’s also close to siesta beach (about 12 minutes drive). The unit had all the amenities you would need- beach chairs, umbrella, bathroom stuff etc. Overall the lovely experience and Kat was always available and quick to respond to queries.

Zero flexibility

Our flight got canceled and we tried to get a refund. Even a partial refund. Manager not willing to work with us. Able to get on flight the next day and manager not willing to shift our stay one day. Very inflexible.

Perfect stay in a great little property!

The property and location was perfect for a two day business trip. Super close to Siesta Key and just 15 minutes from downtown SRQ. Amenities were wonderful and most importantly, the house was CLEAN. Two nitpicks; 1 - the bedding was comfortable but the blankets and bedspread were a bit, homey and I couldn't tell which layers had been obviosly washed or not. 2 - I am relatively tech-savvy but couldn't figure out how to find local channels to watch the NCAA title game. Otherwise, all good and highly recommended!

Perfect for couples

Perfect place just off siesta key for couples to stay. Owners were very accommodating and communicative. Quick and easy drives to beaches and Sarasota without having to deal with tourist noise once back at place. Quiet and safe neighborhood with a private drive off the road. We will be back!

Peaceful, quiet getaway

Mattress is very comfortable. Dining area both inside and outside are marvelously accented by outside foliage. The grounds are a real gem with all sorts of flowers and palms. Convenience to shopping, dining, and beach is superb. The host was helpful with suggestions for shopping and eating in the area. Most of all, convenience to the # 1 beach in the USA is unbeatable ! (Siesta Key #1) Overall I give the rental ***** five stars.
