Welcome to The Meadows! This well-appointed home is located in the Mallory Square North community. With 4 bedrooms & 4.5 baths, the home can accommodate up to 10. It is beautifully decorated & has so many wonderful amenities. It has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, carports, balconies, wine cooler, wet bar area, outdoor kitchen, & outdoor shower. Mallory Square North also has a pool for the use of all guests in the community. The community also has boat docks available on a first come first serve basis. You're just a short walk or drive to the white sugar sand & emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! You will also be one mile from the famous Flora-Bama!
This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. When you enter the home, you will be on the main living level. This level includes one of the two master bedroom suites, an open concept living area comfortably furnished with a sectional sofa & chairs, dining table, a breakfast bar with stools, & a powder room. The living room has a large flat-screen smart TV, & the modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances along with all the necessary cookware & utensils to prepare tasty meals.
When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a round of golf, the home offers 4 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. One of the master bedroom suites, which is located on the upper level has a comfortable king-size bed, walk in closet, dual-vanity master bathroom with a beautiful glass & tile walk-in shower, a large soaking tub & large, flat-screen smart TV perfect for late-night movies. There are two more guest bedrooms on the upper level. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, & also has a smart TV & en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, a smart TV, & an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The upper level also includes a full-size washer & dryer.
The fourth bedroom is also a master bedroom suite & is on the main living level. It has a comfortable king bed & a smart TV. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Outside there is a outdoor kitchen with sink, propane grill for grilling up your favorite meal; & a large shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Mallory Square North is a new community. There are also community boat docks that are available on a first come first serve basis.
We make it easy for you to stay with us! Drive straight to the house and access with a lock code. Prior to your visit we will send you your access codes.
