Smart TVs, completely gated and closed property including a safe in the master bedroom.

Outside area has an amazing lounge space, swimming pool & Barbecue area.

Great place just minor things to note

The house was modern and wonderful overall and suited our 3 families get-together. Location suited us for where we wanted to go in LA. Minor hiccup in the beginning where holiday check-in fees were sprung on us but ultimately not charged. Should have been mentioned upfront if so. Pool decks and outdoor decks probably weren’t cleaned often so when people went in & out barefoot left tracks. But otherwise, towels, beddings, all bathrooms and laundry rooms were well equipped and we had a great stay.

Graduation/Reunion

The house was great. It was gorgeous. They let us check in 2 hours early which was wonderful! We had a great time. The outdoor space was great. However, checkin day was stressful- there were multiple important issues that needed to be addressed when we got into the house (the pool was dirty, the propane tanks for fire pit were empty, there was not enough silverware for even the 10 guests we had staying there, the indoor fireplace did not work, we could not get the wall mounted coffee/espresso maker to function, there were no serving trays for entertaining). This was Not great as I was hosting my whole family for my son’s graduation. The rental person, Billy, did call immediately for the pool to be cleaned, and filled the propane tanks, bought silverware from IKEA, and a 12-cup. Mr. coffee maker for us to use. The others issues never got resolved. Also, it was advertised that it sleeps 12 but it only sleeps 10. That was not cool. We had to rent a hotel to accommodate the rest of our guests comfortably. So, in summary, the house is great but it is not luxury accommodations at all.

Mixed review

Positives - centrally located, spacious, good neighborhood with some good restaurants/bars within walking distance, easy check-in/check-out process, pinball and shuffle board were fun for the family, initial communication with owner was great. Backyard got some nice sun. Negatives: 1) Pool/Spa were filthy and heater was broken - immediately notified property manager upon check-in on a Thursday afternoon. Pool was cleaned following Tuesday morning (day 5 of 10 day stay). Heater was not repaired during the stay so never used the hot tub. Full disclosure our stay was over Easter weekend. 2) coffee maker broken. Immediately notified management. Suggested bringing a new one, but never done. 3) outdoor grille was filthy with grease. Professionally cleaned the following day. 4) kitchen floor was dirty with crumbs and notified management at check-in. No action taken. 5) advertised as new build. While it's new for the neighborhood, the house has definitely been built for awhile. 6) most disappointing- communication. I don't expect a rental to be perfect, but what I hope for is a responsive and understanding owner or property manager that regularly communicates. No one met us for check-in. There was no house binder with instructions or recommendations which is something I typically find in a rental. When I first inquired about the house, communication with Phil was quick/great. In fact all communication was great up until my family and I got to the house. Afterwards, Phil passed me off to Ashley and Ashley passed me off to Billy. My calls with issues or questions to Billy and Ashley went unreturned and some texts were responded to quickly, but in some instances days would go by without a response from Ashley or Billy 7) cleanliness- during our stay my 13 year old found two mostly smoked joints under furniture. I never notified management because of the poor response on the other issues.

With the current situation, we must screen all potential guests as neighbors are more likely to complain about any issues.

NO events, social gathering or parties allowed at all, these are prohibited unless express written permission is recieved in advance from owner or property manager.
NO music outside by the pool area after sun down 8:00pm- 10:am are quiet hours, music must be kept a decent level during daytime use of the pool as well
NO additional guest above what is on the booking agreement allowed, please be sure to include the accurate number of guests when booking.
NO smoking inside the house, this is strictly prohibited
* please be sure to read the rental agreement in entirety as more information is provided and you will be asked to initial and sign in agreence.
**If any issue shall arise where there are complaints of noise, loitering, public disturbance, acts of violence, un-permitted events or any other interference there will be a forefure of your security deposit and you will be asked to check out.

Please note that L.A Mayor Eric Garcetti announces he is authorized by the city to shut off water & power to any properties hosting parties or large gatherings.
