Welcome to our modern villa built in 2024, a combination of comfort and style for an unforgettable holiday. Located just a 10-minute walk from the beach, this spacious 200 m² house welcomes you in an ideal setting for moments of relaxation and conviviality. With its 5 rooms and its south-facing outdoor spa, it is the perfect place for stays with family or friends.
From July 1st to August 31st: Minimum stay of 7 nights

Capacity: Up to 10 people

Bedrooms: 5 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160cm) and smart TV in each room.

First floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 of which overlooks the spa with dressing room and private bathroom.

1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has a private bathroom and balcony. A 3rd bathroom is available.

Outdoor area:
Spa and relaxation: Enjoy a relaxing spa and relaxation area on the sunny south-facing terrace.
Weber barbecue.
2 heated outdoor showers for your return from the beach.

Kitchen & Living room:
Ultra-modern kitchen open to the dining room and the bright living room. Ideal for meals with family or friends for optimal comfort.
Underfloor heating for pleasant warmth on the first floor.

Additional equipment:
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Fibre Wi-Fi with high speed for work or relaxation.
2 surfboards available to enjoy the waves.
Games room or office with sofa and smart TV for a moment of relaxation. A 90cm bed available with optional bed linen (20€). Please keep your host informed in case of need.

Safety & Practicality:
Secure gate and private parking for 3 cars.
We welcome only one pet with a responsibility for cleanliness at the expense of the traveler.

Practical information:
Linen included in the cleaning fee: Sheets, towels, dish towels and bath mats are included.
