UPDATED; AS OF 10/23/2025: All new 2026 wedding season booking request (May 2026 - October 2026) WILL BE REQUIRED to have an event and barn rental. This is an additional $10,000 on top of the lodge booking.

THE SPACE:
Step into 11,000 sq ft of pure mountain magic! Crestview Lodge comfortably hosts up to 37 guests overnight, ensuring plenty of room to relax and have fun. With 8 beautifully appointed bedrooms, with 7 en-suite baths—luxury rustic living meets cozy privacy in every corner. Each room is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, making everyone feel right at home.

IMPORTANT UPDATES:
Get excited! This Fall 2025, The Barn is set for an exciting renovation that will take your experience to the next level. Expect dazzling updates completed by December 2025, with new pricing available once everything is finalized.

Once renovated, The Barn will offer a fantastic venue space for up to 150 guests. The renovated price is an additional $6,000 onto of the event fee and booking.

WEDDING & EVENTS:
Dreaming of a DIY micro-wedding with a twist of mountain charm? Crestview Lodge is the perfect backdrop for your special day! For just $3,995, gain exclusive access to our gorgeous venue for up to 50 guests in the main Lodge. Your event package comes complete with essentials to make your celebration unforgettable, including:

Rustic Event Décor: Enhance your day with the mountain vibe.
Tables: Five white rectangular tables seating 8-10 guests each.
Chairs: 50 white folding chairs for events at the Lodge (and another 50 when The Barn is available).
Rustic Log Benches: Available seasonally (mid-May through mid-November, weather permitting).
Wedding Arbor & Platform: Perfect for your ceremony, at no extra cost.
*Arbor use in the snowy seasons is weather dependent. No additional snow removal service for the wedding areas will be provided.

Upstairs Master Suite: King bed, sunroom, en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs Bunk Room (Left): Twin-over-Queen bunk bed.
Upstairs Bunk Room (Right): Twin-over-Twin and Full-over-Full bunk beds, plus two Twin window beds and en-suite bathroom.
Loft Sunroom: Features a pullout couch.
Basement Master (Left): King bed, pullout couch, and en-suite bathroom.
Basement Master (Right): King bed, Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, and en-suite bathroom.

BUNK ROOM OVER GARAGE:
Living Room: Two additional Twin-over-Twin bunk beds.
Bunk Room: Queen-over-Queen bunk beds and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom: King bed and en-suite bathroom.
Additional Amenities: Hallway bathroom and secondary kitchen.
PLEASE NOTE: the bunk room accommodates 10 people, and the lodge without the bunk room accommodates 27. If you would like us to lock off the bunk room access, we can, and give you a $300 a night + a one time $225 cleaning fee discount. Please let us know if this is something you would like and we can send you a special offer.
