The main lodge at the ski resort is less than 3 miles. The 18-hole Sugar Mountain Public Golf Club and the new Wilderness Run Alpine roller coaster are less than 3 miles. Grandfather Mountain and its popular Profile hiking trails are less than 4 miles. The Shoppes at Tynecastle, including restaurants, a grocery store, an ABC store, coffee shops, and numerous other conveniences, is also less than 4 miles.

Downtown Banner Elk is about 5 miles away. Seven Devils and Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zip Lines Park is only 9 miles. Beech Mountain Ski Resort is 11 miles. The village of Valle Crucis, its large riverfront community park, and the famous Original Mast General Store are 13 miles. Boone is less than 14 miles, and Blowing Rock is less than 18 miles. Rivers, lakes, hiking trails, shopping, restaurants, and much more are conveniently-close by in all directions!

Skyleaf on Sugar is a two-level end-unit townhome with an open upper/main floor offering an open Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. A central floating fireplace separates the Living Room and Dining Room. A central Kitchen island with a custom-crafted, live edge wood bar top divides the Kitchen and Dining Room. Reclaimed and Live Edge wood features throughout the interior give Skyleaf a warm, rustic character, bringing the "outdoors in!" A covered rear deck offers more custom and comfy lounging and faces picturesque mountain views.

The lower level features a master bedroom suite with a King bed, HD Smart TV, and private ensuite master bathroom. Glass doors lead out onto a lower porch with exterior steps down to the rear yard area. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and an HD Smart TV. The bunk bedroom offers two Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, a comfy loveseat, and an HD Smart TV. a full hallway bathroom serves both the Bunk bedroom and the Queen bedroom.

In addition, Skyleaf provides guests with digital TV programming on HD Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi internet, free shuttle service to and from the ski slopes on Sugar Mountain, sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests, all in a central and convenient location close to all the High Country has to offer!
