Completely remodeled with all new amenities. Close to bond falls. ORv and snowmobile trail on-site plenty of room for parking with trailers. Porky mountains are short drive away. Not far from many beautiful place to take in. Trail access at the property.

Great size place especially the bedrooms, sitting area is great and well as the kitchen. Coffe maker was difficult , just needed more K cups. Would definitely stay again.

Place was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for.

We were a group of 4 guys and each had our own room with queen beds. Place was clean and newly remodeled. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Jason.

Perfect Home Base for Exploring the UP

The property was a perfect home base for us to explore the Upper Peninsula. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our mom and daughters vacation. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We will definitely plan to visit again!

The Clinic

Freshly updated and clean place to stay. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Convenient to trail access, food, gas, etc.

Clean and close to hiking trails

This property is clean with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. There are plenty of hiking trails and waterfalls nearby. If you're traveling on a budget with a group of 10 and don't like camping, then I suggest this property.

Wonderful

The location was perfect, right in town but not far from Bond Falls and for us close to family, which is why we were up there. The property was roomy, clean, well stocked and felt safe there. It was nice to come back there at the end of the day and have a clean restful place to stay. Bc it was in town, it was convenient if we needed to swing by and grab something if we were out and about. We will definitely stay here again when in the UP.

Awesome property!

A group of us went for a snowmobile getaway and this place exceeded all of our expectations. Walking in for the first time, I noticed how immaculately clean the place was. It was bright and cheerful and comfortable. Every couple had their own room and the living area was so open. We were close to a cafe and a couple of bars, so we had options for food if we didn’t want to cook. A gas station was just a block away and right behind that was the trail access. Our first day, we rode to Lake of the Clouds and back. On our second day out, we rode to Bond Falls and made a loop. Management was so responsive to everything. I always got an immediate response to any question I had. I would absolutely stay in this location again and highly recommend to anyone who wants a snowmobiling vacation.

Very clean and roomy!

I would recommend this property. 4 spacious bedrooms. Full kitchen with big island and lots of stools. Nice living room with comfy furniture. The puzzles and games were a nice extra touch.

Great stay!

Got in a little later than intended after troubles on the road, but checked right in and got settled. Rode SxS till Wed and left out Thurs morning. Easy access to food, grocery, and gas up the street, can walk to all if you'd like. Easy trail access up behind the co-op/hardware/grocery/gas. The gas/grocery also had our trail permits to buy. Very comfy beds, very clean and cozy, everything we needed in the kitchen, and hopefully they enjoyed the sweet corn we brought and didn't all get ate and ledt for em as a thank you! Lol Great place to stay!

Perfect place to stay

We couldn’t be happier. The place was absolutely beautiful! The owner was amazing with checking on us and even bringing us a grill and a firepit. We will absolutely be back again and again.

Great place

The Clinic is really nice! The bedrooms are large and have comfortable mattresses. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. The island in the kitchen was a perfect place to gather for eating, playing games, or putting together a puzzle. It was a great place to stay! My only recommendation to the owner would be to replace the sheer curtains in the bedrooms with something that offers a bit more privacy.
