Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Flumet, we offer this 38 m² apartment with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the first floor, it comprises an 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bathtub). We're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises

- 16 m² private terrace to enjoy fine weather

Outside :
- Shared 6×12m heated swimming pool open from December 15 to April 15, and from June 15 to September 15, from 9am to 7:30pm. Dates and opening times non-contractual, subject to change by the residence.
- Outdoor parking and ski locker

The apartment is ideally located in Flumet, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities :
In winter, the Diamant ski area, with 170 km of slopes, offers a multitude of winter sports activities: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing... But there's a whole host of other activities too, including themed trails and orienteering courses, and last but not least, discover Mont Blanc from the air with a hot-air balloon ride!

In summer, you can explore the hiking trails, enjoy a swim on the beach at the Flumet lake, go trail running or climbing at the Carrière site, or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh local produce direct from the producers: milk, cheese, meat, etc... You can even make your own Reblochon!

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's numbered parking space outside. Public parking is also available nearby. Car essential.

Other remarks :
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- Children's bathing is under the responsibility of a parent.
- Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- Please bring your own towels and Bed linen, or rent them from the Praz-sur-Arly laundry.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
