Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 149 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 15 guests, for rent in the commune of Férel. It has a lovely living room, a large fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and five shower rooms. There's also a 300 m² outdoor area to enjoy! With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A bright 65 m² living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area and access to the terrace
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Toilet block and separate WC
On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), shower room and WC
- Bedroom 2: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), shower room and WC
- Bedroom 3: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), shower room and WC
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 4: 7-berth dormitory area, with 5 single beds (90×190), and a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine.
Outside:
- A private swimming pool (8×4), heated from 15 June, secured by a shutter and open from 1 May to 30 September. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Sun loungers are available.
- A 120 m² north-facing terrace around the pool, with garden furniture, table and chairs for enjoying the sunny days.
- A second terrace of 90 m², facing south, with a covered area.
- A kitchen area with barbecue
The house is ideally located in the heart of a small village, 10 minutes' walk from the port of La Roche-Bernard. You can relax in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are less than 5 minutes away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

- Beaches and kite surfing spot at Pen Bé
- Horse-riding club
- Pénestin nautical club with all water sports activities, accrobranches...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (3 vehicles) or in the surrounding public car parks.

- Nearest train station: Pontchâteau, about 19 km away (19 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Nantes, about 73 km away (51 min by car)

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- To ensure the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, please avoid excessive noise.
- The house, which is semi-detached and ideal for a quiet stay, is not suitable for parties.
- All children swimming in the pool are the responsibility of a parent. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions. The pool is open until 8 p.m.
